    Here is an Important note to all...I want to share my inconvenience....I booked my hotel yesterday and I paid online for that because I don't travel with more cash so I paid for it.. After that Firstly They became furious at me that why have u paid online beacuse his problem was Oyo cuts commission (that's oyo's policy ) if oyo helping hotel for reaching people than why u want to eat all of the money..just money eaters hotel second thing According to guest policy guest's age should be atleast 18 but they said you have to be 19 for booking hotel but this is totally wrong I booked various hotel before and today itself m in 3 star collection o hotel.. But u know what they did simply called Go u r not eligible I have talked about guest policy they said its our policy and just said go for another one And DENIED my checkin I asked for refund he said (apne hume ni diya na company ko diya unhi se mango jake) I mean what type of language is this just why we don't booking offline Then after complaint to oyo, Hotel owner is talking In very high volume and changing my real issue to their issue that they thought your id is fake...then just verify na Tumne jane ko kha, fingerprint scanner rkha kro na verification ke liye ..aur ye kya fake ids ka iljam lga rhe hai this is not a good behavior its illegal to have a fake ids and we r not a fake people just check if u have doubts. And Please if we r booking pre-paid hotel pricing 1800/_ per night then just think about my class dont give just cheap excuses just tell me clearly tumhe bas cash chaiye My advice to all who read this Please beware that type of hotels which can waste Your precious TIME AND MONEY ALSO That's It

    Worst hospitality. I booked a room for 2 days for my interview in kanpur through agoda(as they were showing a good discount on this property) and i paid online, but when i reached hotel they refused to give me any room saying that they cannot give room at booked rate and asked me to pay ₹1500 more. After a huge argument with receptionist he started saying i can't give you room, you can go to police if you wish. After sitting there and arguing for 3 hours i had to pay ₹1500 more, because I can't miss my next day's interview, also i got tired and frustrated. This is pure unethical business, they made me to pay extra money.😐 Disgusting.

    When I called, they asked me to cancel booking via MMT and book room directly. No toiletries and towels provided. My breakfast was included but they did not provid until I asked them repeatedly and in scroching kanpur summer their ac was hardly working, complained but all in vain and to top all this manager was bit rude in dealing too.

    First of all its not a hotel...A Banquet hall with rooms..and I meant just rooms.Pathetic ambience ,shady people. And please note they will play every tactics for you to book the hotel. I made a reservation on 13th of this month ..I was told by the booking person Javed that kitchen is operated round the clock however upon reaching the hotel found the rooms so pathetic and shady.After enquiring about the kitchen the guy over there said we don't have kitchen and you may eat at any restaurant out whereas they have already charged for the food in the reservation amount.Inspite of all efforts neither the booking amount was returned nor any apologies from the so called property owners. Guys please check before booking in this hotel.

    A very bad experience with the hotel staff. Room was booked through makemytrip for a night with friends and family with a toddler. There was certainly some miscommunication between makemytrip and hotel staff or the hotel staff did not want to host us. He clearly denied there was a booking and asked us to book separately and book more rooms. The behaviour was very rude and it looked he didn't even cared whether we stayed or not and went inside somewhere and we were left to ourselves. The fact that we travelled all day from Delhi to Kanpur to attend a marriage the same evening and being treated like the way the hotel staff did was very frustrating. I would suggest to avoid booking at this place because the place felt spooky and there would be no one to take help from at odd hours if you get in trouble.

    Very worst experience there is no door handles in door and the receptionist talk very rudely and service is very bad the hotel is not hygienic and too much dirty and poor service I am totally disappointed here my money is totally wasted here so, I advice to other please look for another hotel instead of this one because this one is very bad

    I had very very very bad experience with Pushpraj Hotel and Fab Hotels (Hotel booking app). I booked this hotel for 2 nights by Fab hotel. The hotel staff was arguing that why you booked from App. According to them I should have done local booking instead of Fab Hotel. This is the worst hotel in Kanpur city. The staff is so unprofessional and inexperienced. The bedsheet and blankets were so so dirty. The bathroom faucets were not working properly. There was so dirty water in the washroom. The TV was not working and room also was so dirty. The room was only had worth of 500-600 rs not more than that. Not recommend to anyone. Strongly suggesting not to choose this hotel you will regret after checking in this hotel. I have added breakfast in my booking on Fab Hotels app and the hotel provided us just a cup of tea in the name of breakfast even the Hotel charged for drinking water as well. Very bad service from Fab Hotels and Pushpraj Hotel.

    Rooms are OK but...Overpriced. Poor Service. Ordered a tea, reminded twice and served after 2 hours. Very remote location. No nearby good restaurants where you can eat. Commuting is tough. Ordered my breakfast at Rs. 90. They served by bringing from a roadside dhaba non hygienic and actual price at that dhaba was 30. Staff is nice but lack professionalism. They don't even have RO. If you want water you have to buy 1L bottle from them at 40. No hangers. Asked for towel & soap twice than received.

    What a pathetic experience it was firstly they have just denied my booking, they were asking me for more money. Somehow they gave me a room at the end and the bathroom was disgusting including dirty bedsheet and pillow covers. Problems doesn't end here after 30 min I noticed electricity is not coming in air-condition then I asked them to switch on but they told me the electricity in this area are not coming but actually the air-conditioned was not working and just before when I was leaving the room they have send one electrician to check air condition but what's the benefit to repair that air conditione when I was leaving.
