Very poor management. Super rude employees. They don't treat you like a customer. No proper response when asked. No maintenance but prices are like super expensive. Prices in restaurants are also expensive with no good dish. Should be given zero star .

This review is for restaurant of Hotel Kanishka. Service is very poor. Last time I visite there with my friend and family for dinner, we went there after first confirming the availability of seats for dinner, they told to come for dinner and food will be ready to serve in just 15 minutes. When we went there, we were surprised that a party was going on there and there was no place to sit for having dinner. The receptionist told us to wait. We waited for around 45 minutes at reception and finally returned to home just having the food packed. I and my friends are visiting there for past 10 years, every time we faced such type of problems. After our so many feedbacks, there is no improvement. The worst thing is their service and the staff is totally unprofessional, they don't know how to behave with customers. So please avoid visiting there. But food is ok..so you can use services of Zomato swiggy etc to order food from here if you don't want to get frustrated.

For me not good and not bad hotel. As their rooms are ok ok. But their service are worst as their check out time is 7 a.m. And their food quality is so much worst and very costly.

Went to this restaurant to celebrate, menu of this restaurant looked affordable but the staff behaviour was very rude. Their behaviour was like they are doing some kind of favour to me by letting me organising party their. I will avoid this place in future and suggest others to do same. It felt like they have taken the customers for granted.

Excellent services, location and rooms. Got a homely environment. Manager and the staff were very polite and cooperative.

During winter season the quilt they provide is not clean also the room heater they provide is not enough to heat the room and when you get a room towards highway sound of trucks make too much noise and they don't let you sleep

It is one of the hotel at ramadevi. Once I had attended business meeting here, the facility and services provided by the hotel staff is good. Rooms are neat and clean. Laundry facility is available here. Lots of space for parking. Hotel ambience is good. Food items served are good in taste and the staff members know the way of presentation about to serve the food. Well behaved staff. Children can play as their is lots of space the hotel premises. Internet facility is available just ask at the reception. The major drawback is electricity issue. Power cut off is the main issue although they have generator facility. Price wise I can say that if your budget is near to 1k per day then you can go there. Location : walking distance from ramadevi opposite to HAL township. you can take e-rikshaw also. I had uploaded the video and images of hotel interior you can see and give your opinion.

This hotel is in front of HAL Kanpur in Ramadevi. It is at a good location, nice infrastructure, and a lot of greenery with good space for parking.

This is one of the hotel which gives value for money. Decent hotel with reasonable price. But please note that they don't offer room to local people of Kanpur.

very bad management of food serving by waiter. waiter staff does not respond on time . after serving food, waiters disappears and not come again himself to serve again. Food quality is also bad compare with rate list of food.advise to go for another restaurants,hotels.
