Nice horel with good management Here the food supplied is bit costly but nice. Taste in food is like it’s homemade. Staff is also good they also listen to their customers and abide by their orders. All over it’s a nice hotel........ Must visit!!!

Sufficient for 450-500 peoples. Service not good, waiters are not active. Food was tasty, but ac was not working well.

It's 3 star banquet hall, space is limited and the workers are not well trained, they don't have proper arrangements also. It looks like they are trying to do something unique as not done by them. Food quality is also okay okay not so yummy. Starter was distributed in wrong way, they are giving a snacks in very sort time of interval like irritating.

I recently stayed at this hotel in the kanpur marketplace, and overall, it was a great experience. The location was superb, right in the heart of the bustling marketplace, making it convenient for shopping and dining. The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring a smooth check-in and addressing any requests promptly. The room was comfortable and well-maintained, with modern amenities. My stay was enjoyable, and I'd consider returning on my next visit to the marketplace.

Hotel staff was pathetic. They refused to allow check in as we had paid online in advance.They demanded cash and said your amount will be refunded from Oyo. Worst experience. Don't pay in advance if you're planning to stay here

The pros of this property was their manager, Mr. Aditya, at the desk, who proved to be extremely good at his job. I reached at the property late night & the situation got more complicated as the website through which i booked my room had been dealing with different management, which had changed to a new ownership just a week ago without their knowledge! Now i was in trouble as it was already 12 in the night & there were no rooms available in the vicinity and even if there was availabilit showing, either the rooms were too costly or too far away from my current location!! Here came Mr. Aditya in the picture as he assured me of a room in the hotel at the same price! He could have easily taken advantage of my situation by quoting a much higher price which i would have had no choice but to accept, but he didn't as his conscience didn't allow him to do that. Though very few choose morality over profit but he is one among the very few. After that he showed me 2 rooms to choose from despite the odd hours and ensured that basic things were in place like towel and soap. Although room was small, but adequate for a single person. Washroom was clean, air conditioner was working fine and bed linen was clean and cozy. It proved to be a very comfortable stay all due to Mr. Aditya's professionalism, moral values and sincerity and that too at such an extremely young age (my guess is that he would be in his early 20 or near about). I wish Mr. Aditya all the very best for his future.

The hall is very beautiful and very suitable for parties and functions with less crowd because hall is not so big so maximum 200 people can easily attend the functions there.

Spacious, good food, enough space to accommodate around 150 people, rooms available, sufficient parking, easy to notice from the main road.

This is one of the best banquet hall in the city. I booked this place for the birth Celebration of my child. They provided me the best deal. The owner of the place is really polite and give you the best suggestions to make your party great. He personally took care of the decoration, catering and all the arrangements. The staff was prompt and the service was great throughout the party. Highly recommended for any types of occasions.
