This hotel is not worth it for its price. Food is not good and the waiter do not serve the food. Ac was not working and dj was jolting .

No doubt, hotel is easily accessible for major part of the city. Stay is comfortable and affordable. If you are a walk in customer, always ask for a better deal. Be sure about the services of your car parking, car driver facility. Initially they promise they will provide separate washroom/ bedding area to car driver and later to check-in they denie the availability. Also, ensure to check your final bill thoughorly, else you are paying unnecessary charges. Restaurant food is yummy. A must try for the breakfast especially.

This review is only for the hotel manager..a place where manager(Mr. NITIN YADAV) increases his pitch and says that this is his normal voice.. and yes being corteous is something that he needs to learn..and in the end he also mentioned -- " Pradesh me yadav aise hi baat krte hai" ..meaning thats how yadav's talk in uttar pradesh which was quite castist..stop defaming an entire community just because you have surname Yadav, You cannot say things like this in today's world..if u want to communicate things to people you should always watch your tone , The moment your tone gets on higher wavelength its not a conversation it's an argument, I understand you had limitations and there was some communication gap, but for that you need to talk and convince instead of raising your voice and giving a farmaan. Hope this feedback works for you and you watch your tone from next time Mr.Nitin Yadav or you might find a similar review where people are mentioning you directly.

This place is good for couples not for family stay. Rooms are okay not too good.

Staff is not good, very unprofessional. Charges are very high and room qualities are not okay. Not any single amenities, Even complementary water bottle are chargeable @Rs. 35 Room are only worth upto Rs 1000 - Rs 1200 Not any single available charging point in room.

The hotel is O.K Needs lots of improvememt in terms of hygiene and food service.

Very bad and poor staff even take charges of water bottle rs 50 per bottle instead of rs 20 per bottle as per hotels standard its should be free of cost.

We had a 3 night stay to enjoy , and were very satisfied with every aspect of the hotel. The staff are very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable regarding places to visit . The hotel is very clean throughout, and our room was spacious with everything that we needed. Breakfast was substantial, and suited all tastes. The hotel is quiet, and is situated near to numerous restaurants, and a main supermarket, and within easy walking distance from the Christmas Markets. We would highly recommend a stay at this hotel.

The name contains " International " , but the services dont justify the name. Only the proce does. We spent ₹2800 for a 2 bed room. The first reaction you get when you enter the room is , Its not worth 2800 at all. 1. I mean the AC was older , doesnt cool that quickly ( though it was quite cold later in the night ). Due to some electricity issues , the AC kept on losing power many times. 2. No water bottle. We had to buy which cost ₹37, instead of ₹20. 3. Also, we tried ordering breakfast at 6:30am, we were told that it starts after 7. And when we ordered, they forgot to serve and had to remind them that we had ordered, and then the cold breakfast was served at 7:40am. 4. The restaurant and the menu is too costly for the quality of service they provided. Overall, i would rate 2 star, but then would fo finally with 3 stars.
