This experience was very poor. No water 💦 in taps, and staff was more keen to know why I want to have shower, instead of repairing them. Front office person tried his best to charge me a extra day tarrif, Thanks to Digital payments & I got a proof that the day he is trying to add, I was in another state. Not happy.

The hotel is over all good... Room Service is a nightmare please don't order from room service they will incorrectly bill you and the wake you up while you are sleeping to get bills signed etc. Otherwise the hotel staff are polite and friendly. Location is good... Three stars only cause of the substandard room service else I would have given it 4 stars.

Excellent property and Front desk staff is extremely efficient, pleasant and helpful. Property is clean and location is also prime. Overall, I had a great experience, staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The room was wonderful and clean. Food is delicious at Khidmat restaurant but number of options should increase in buffet.

Khidmat restaurant is a one of best restaurants in kanpur. Food is very tasty and ambience is very good. Anyone can enjoy with family and friends. Its on main mall road,good parking and reachable. We had starters and main couse in veg and non veg both, We liked every food.

I went for restaurant service was good. Place was quite and clam. Food taste was average and parking is very limited. Only benefit they have is location. It is located next to main road and easily accessible through all modes of commute. We ordered dish which was not served but added in the bill although modified. So take a look at bill before paying

My Google Review # 000248. This is a nostalgic review about Geet Hotel... dates to 2010!... Even around those days, the rooms were well kept and genuine features were the hospitality which one rarely gets in cities like Mumbai. Being very old and famous in this area, the auto-ricks or cabs will easily drop you without the help of a Google mapping. The rooms are truly spacious, should say - king-size - going by the standards of the rooms in any metro city hotels. The property is well situated - amidst the centre of Kanpur, or Cawnpore (as the Brits had named it). All the key areas of the city - The Malls, The Station, The Main Market, Birhana Road etc are at a stone's throw away. Only the airport would be far off.... but that applies to all places in Central Kanpur, as the airport has sprung out recently. The food is good and they serve delicious vegetarian cuisine with a pinch of smiles and lots of hygiene. The view from the road-facing room is amazing.. you get to see the Public Library and the famous Phool Bagh! Not sure about the parking arrangements. May please be checked with the hotel directly. Overall, it is worth the money you spend for staying in Kanpur. Date of Experience # June 2010

They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at like 10 am. We got to the hotel super early and I didn’t have to wait. So this was a big plus. The service was exceptional as well. Would definitely send a friend there. Highly recommend Grand Geet Hotels Kanpur.

I visited the khidmat restaurant for lunch its so amazing means I want to say that the ambiance is so good and the way they treat the guest is also so good here you can have main course and starter too they served lunch and dinner. Food and service is so good I suggest you all to visit this restaurant and also stay at the hotel whenever you visit Kanpur.

It was a great experience at this venue. I had a stay for 4 days and completely enjoyed myself. I visited both their restaurants Khidmat and the Bar Hangover. It was mesmerizing. The food tastes amazing and the ambience of both are perfect. The rooms are fully furnished and so comfortable. I recommend to stay at this property whenever you visit Kanpur.

Location wise I would say it is situated at a place where there's too much traffic. They have valets to park your car but it's not like they have some safe place to park car, they park it on road only. Other than location and parking the hotel is good and you can enjoy your stay

Hangover Bar in Grand Geet Hotel is a good place to hang with friends, family and that someone special ( if you know what I mean🧡) Good ambience Good food (tried non veg platter, veg platter, crispy corn, chicken lollypop) lollypop wasn't good enough though. Staff is cordial. Appears female friendly, no nuisance detected. More on it later. The only drawback I found was lack of good taste in music, overall space is less (pretty compact, just one room), no female staff (not judging them, neither tagging them as misogynists or something, but a female friendly environ can't be fully achieved if they are not on your staff list. Beers were chilled, whiskeys were authentic and cocktails were nice. Overall A good place to hangout. Not heavy on pockets. And do follow all Corona Protocols. Stay fit happy and healthy Have a wonderful day.

Very very bad service, waited for 45 mins for food. No snacks available, limited food available. Didn't even served water. Staff does have any manners or ediquette. Very disappointed such a big hotel and so bad service.

One of the most royal restaurant in kanpur city situated at level 6 of Grand Geet Hotels Kanpur. They serve you multi cuisine with numero us types of food products . They also have their bakery as well. They also offer coffee that is next level and really good in taste too. The staff is polite and friendly. Vale parking is also available with them , thats really amazing too.

I had tried different disc bars like shor , nikke-nikke, 50ml but this one has great ambiance. Lights are amazing and give awesome vibes if you are little drunk 😂 Food was good , service was good . Must try if you are in Kanpur . They have proper car parking so no issue with that . I went there 2 times and it was totally worthy

I went to their restaurant khidmat. A good family kind of restaurant , food is delicious , ambience is superb. Just two things they are serving drinks inside restaurant which clearly acts contrary to its potrayl of image of family restaurant (even my friends ordered it, though i didn't liked it) and second please concentrate more on service time rather than the (your narrow definition of) status of person.

We went to Khidmat restaurant. Excellent place for a luxurious evening with family and friends. The food was delicious and the ambience and staff were really nice. We spent 2500 for 4 people. Must recommend for special occasions.

Grand Geet hotels has the best bar in Kanpur City. I have visited all the other discs and lounges but I have never been so mesmerized with the ambience before. Also a very important point to highlight is the prices, I don't have to worry about my budget while I'm partying with my friends. I can eat and drink as much as I want and it wouldn't dig a hole in my pocket. This place is also centrally located so I don't get late to get back home after partying.

This is one of the oldest hotels I have been visiting since my childhood. It has recently been renovated and they have added a lounge and bar too. Hangover is the best bar in Kanpur. It is on the 7th floor of the hotel and the ambience is to die for. As a photographer, I get amazing pictures on my feed at this place. Must visit. Highly recommended BEST BAR in town.

This restaurant is situated inside the Grand Geet Hotel. Valet service is available. The taste of the food was good; however, service was a bit slow since we went on a weekend night. There were lots of dishes from several different cuisines to choose from. If you are non-vegetarian then Gosht Lal Maans is a must-try item here.

If after spending a huge amount of money you have to feel as if you are an employee of the receptionist Ms shahnaz pls visit the place . She personally held us after checking out and paying all are dues because she was checking whether we have stolen anything from their hotel. Then she called us inside when we were in the car that I was checking that whether there is any of ur belongings left in the room . When checking in and checking out she makes u wait at the reception for 10 min . Plus points are food and room service . They have not written numbers of room service and restaurant in the room so the receptionist makes u feel that it is a crime to order food at the reception .
