Room charges are average and service is also average! Also rooms are not welcoming you will feel unusual odours, continuous noises disturbed me a lot whole night, not able to sleep properly!! Cleanliness is okaiysh!! For the price one can consider but at the same time u will feel little bit uncomfortable coz environment is not so quiet!

My experience was very bad because there is no facility like a hotel basically this is kind of guest house where only u can go for time best I have stayed in between 9 -11 June hotel gave me one AC room where TV was not working intercom also when I ordered food hotel staff served me incomplete food even front counter person was very rude they don't know how to deal with customers. That was my last visit even I will forward this message to all my colleagues who will plan to stay in this guest house in future.

Staff is dishonest and managers do not receive your payment through Debit/Credit card or paytm. My experience is very bad regarding staff and the policies of the Hotel.

Arthur - a cosy hotel in the heart of Helsinki Our Valentine's Day Offer was a wonderful treat - a historic Jugend-style room in the 9th floor, over the roofs of Helsinki. The room itself had a nice red brick wall, a king size bed and all the necessary amenities. The view was great, we could see e.g. the huge clock tower of the main Railwaystation and other towers. The sunset was breathtaking in the winter time (no Nordic Lights, though). We had a sauna of our own with two showers. 80 degrees Celsius was just right for us. Breakfast was abundant with porridge, various cereals and yoghurts, fresh fruit, crisp vegetables, a selection of Finnish bread, Karelian pies, etc. The coffee and juices were good to Finnish taste, too. We wish to thank especially our waitress Noora (on 12th Feb) in the breakfast service. She's got a cheerful personality with a great attitude to work and customers. All the best for her and hope to see you again in the future."

Dirty and overpriced priced small rooms. Rooms had an unpleasant odour. And everything was quite suffocating. They charged 600 rs for a single bed non AC room.
