reply
that
they
offered
me
option
to
upgrade.
Which
is
completely
false.
Neither
they
offered
me
an
option
but
for
premium
room
which
is
just
one
grade
above
they
asked
extra
2500/-
per
room.
Further
they
have
shared
wrong
info
stating
I
threaten
them
and
used
abusive
language.
How
can
I
being
a
visitor
to
Kanpur
with
my
family
can
threaten
them
and
abuse??
Can
anyone
justify
it?
They
are
just
a
bunch
of
fake
people
having
worst
service
and
rooms.
And
if
you
write
a
GENUINE
review
they
always
try
to
deny
it
by
trying
to
prove
the
guests
wrong..
Now
if
Paytm
no.
is
registered
with
bank
why
didn't
it
accept
UPI
payment
?
And
how
falsely
they
have
written
that
I
asked
for
their
staff's
number.
ANY
FREQUENT
TRAVELLER
AND
DECENT
PERSON
CAN
SENSE
THEIR
FOUL
INTENTIONS
JUST
BY
READING
THEIR
REPLY...

every

I
am
a
frequent
traveller
and
have
never
reviewed
anyone
that
bad
but
this
is
because
of
their
fake
behaviour
and
bad
attitude
which
they
showcased
in
their
response
to
my
review
as
well..

Hated
Everything.
I
had
booked
two
deluxe
rooms
as
had
visited
Kanpur
with
my
family
due
to
some
personal
reasons.
And
hated
every
bit
starting
from
check
in
to
Check
out.
1.
At
the
time
of
check
in,
we
asked
them
to
provide
a
decent
clean
room
as
we
read
some
reviews
about
stinking
room.
But
what
they
had
given
is
just
HELL.
2.
The
rooms
were
dirty,
Linens
were
dirty
and
stinking.
3.
LINENS
WERE
THAT
MUCH
STINKING
KI
WE
WERE
NOT
EVEN
ABLE
TO
SLEEP
4.
Washroom
was
also
dirty
and
the
towel
kept
in
washroom
were
used
one.
5.
As
I
was
not
aware
that
such
hotels
can
provide
this
kind
of
rooms
hence
booked
ignoring
negative
reviews
and
in
the
end
it
didn't
went
well.

The
staffs
asked
to
review
immediately
during
check
out
so
that
they
can
get
good
review.

When
we
complaint
about
stinking
linen
they
pathetically
replied
"
Sir
deluxe
room
me
yahi
milta
hai.
Go
for
premium".
Does
Deluxe
room
means
dirty
&
stinking
linens
or
mattress
??

It
just
have
a
big
building,
but
room
and
services
are
way
below
one
star
hotels.

Food
was
way
below
average
in
taste
and
the
delivery
had
taken
almost
40-50
minutes
for
paneer
butter
masala
and
roti.

People
there
not
even
knew
about
sanitization.
No
one
had
their
mask
on
as
if
CORONA
doesn't
exist
in
their
place.

Lastly
we
checked
out
simply
paying
the
amount
which
they
asked
and
I
didn't
even
checked
the
bills.
While
we
were
on
the
way
back
to
Noida
their
receptionist
called
me
and
asked
to
pay
extra
amount
for
food
which
we
had
taken
on
day
one.
I
asked
why
it
wasn't
charged
at
first
as
I
thought
the
additional
amout
was
for
food
and
didn't
expected
it
to
be
GST
and
than
they
started
giving
fake
excuses.
For
the
payment
of
the
same
when
I
asked
for
bank
details
of
City
club
or
UPI
no.
of
City
club,
he
has
just
shared
Paytm
number
(without
UPI
ID)
for
which
I
said
I
don't
use
Paytm
and
asked
for
UPI
on
which
he
said
that
for
UPI
he
can
share
his
personal
no.
Shouldn't
such
hotels
have
a
valid
bank
account
or
UPI
ID
to
share
with
customer
?
