Very nice hotel. Good venue for engagement and small parties.

We had booked this hotel for a few guests coming for my sister's wedding. The service was pathetic. There was no hot water in the rooms. On complaining, the manager told us that our guests don't know how to operate the taps! We faced this problem for three days continuously and each day received a different excuse. Some day the valve of the boiler was closed or someday it was our fault. Electricity also fluctuated during the stay. The management was highly uncooperative. Overall, had an extremely unpleasant experience at SB Castle. Will never recommend it to anyone.

Good food, good ambience and a great place to do the wedding. The hotel rooms were very clean and spacious.

I stayed there for 3 nights with family due to attend a marriage on 26 June 2019 onward. No TV was recharged in any room no intercom working no room service. Only one bath kit provided during 3 day stay. No water in rooms. Nice property but zero in maintenance and services. OYO rooms are much better then S B Castle. Overall very worst experience.

Extremely incompetent staff and management . Do not value their commitments at all . Should be avoided at all costs . Had to engage with the management for every small thing which makes family function experience quite negative . Would have given 0 if possible .

Pathetic service and food.. manager incharge who was handling the event is always on phone and on being asked about service he always appreciates himself..

I visited the place at my friend's ring ceremony occasion. The place has plenty of parking and is situated near the bus station and railway station. I found the room in old cultured, the ceremony hall was not having enough ventilation and was suffocating. In respect of food the quality was not as expected and services were good. Overall it was not a pleasant experience. I hope they can utilise their space with better food and services to arrive at client satisfaction.

Sb castle location is mid of city which make it perfect place to stay. Fine dine rhubarb is also very elegant place to dine. Must visit govind nagar Fazalganj area

The hotel looks good but it has the worst management system...the taps don't work , there is no cleanliness, too many mosquitos, they don't provide room services. Worst hotel I have had ever been too.

No parking space and no valate parking. Big issue for parking for such big hotel. In hotel parking is compulsory. How take license of hotel without parking spaces? Answer. UP hai bhai.

Pathetic hotel.. Pathetic room service.. They pick up call and then resolve your issue in long long time, no hot water , rooms not so clean, food service... OMG pathetic...

I have visited the hotel for attending a marriage. The rooms are nice, bed, blankets and pillows are quite clean. Overall room cleanliness was nice. The disappointment was the OTIS lift which had very long waiting time it's not high speed. Moreover, there were only two lifts for 10 rooms on a floor. Out of 2 lifts only one was working other lift was out of order . Location of the hotel is easily accessible as well as the nearby market there for daily shopping. Overall, the hotel is good for long and happy stays. But, keep in mind the discrepancy in lift if you tend to use lift more.

I like this hotel, hotel n services of house keeping and hygienic for this covid period. it's totally safe for guets and we appreciate Mr. Jitendra Sharma and his team..
