Bit on expensive side but good services

Poor arrangements.... Ac is not working even entire the party ....very poor service

The hotel facilities and staff are horrendous! They are charging for all the facilities and after you check in they will tell you all these are not working. The management and staff are super poor and impolite in everything. The room are worthless for the price they are charging. And all the Google reviews are posted by hotel staff or management. Will strongly recommend NOT to take this option.

We booked it for marriage , at time of booking the owner made so many promises, but at the end the service and food quality was 3rd class , we faced lot of critisism becoz of this , He told the chef was from landmark hotel, but it seems he was working in some 3rd class dhaba , food items were only half of the promished items

I was impressed by the hotel's beautiful lobby, which had a warm and inviting atmosphere. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and welcoming, and made the check-in process quick and easy.

This is a shady place. They have posted wrong phone number of The Park hotel chain. There's no such chain in Kanpur. They don't even have a restaurant. Completely waste of money. Rooms are leaking and full of mosquitoes. Highly discourage to book this place. Safety standpoint also it isn't a safe place. Totally disappointed.

Rooms cleanness, size, bathroom etc. must stay in this hotel at least once.

The staff was courteous and the rooms were clean..only the rooms were small

Room walls were covered with beautiful curtains. There is hot water in room & bathroom was clean.

Our stay at amrit residency was amazing ! The rooms were well ventilated, clean

Staff of hotel were very co-operative and kind, clean bedsheets in rooms, Service was good.
