Receptionist was a gentleman, I booked classic room and it got full before my arrival so he alloted me deluxe room at the same rate.

Don't get scammed they charge extra on arrival if you booked this hotel on discount because they think discount doesn't exit for their hotel. If your booking is less than 1000/- after discount then you will feel humiliation by their staff and left on outside hotel. They told you that You can contact OYO for this discounted price. If you coming late in night and you are student coming for exam then you have atleast one back-up because they will charge you extra on arrival for your discounted price booking so be extra careful and contact them before arrival about charges of rooms.

I did visit this hotel and stayed whole night the staff is nice and reception is also it was worth the money experience and the room is also not that expensive you get your food on time anything order good experience i will suggest you this and if you are unmarried couple then also and i booked it from oyo

I did a lot of research before I had finalised on this hotel.. There were lot of negative presumptions in my mind as the hotel is associated with Oyo.. I read all recent reviews and I finally booked this property for my night stay at Kanpur.. Pros - Very close to Kanpur Central Railway Station (1.4 km).. After alighting at the station, please proceed towards the City Side.. It is on the main road and the google location is correct.. Ashish Tiwari, the Front Desk Manager is very supportive.. Anshuji from Room Service has a cheerful aura and always Yes attitude.. It is an excellent select for people who have come to make a stay at Kanpur either for Business or Personal.. I didn't taste the food at the restaurant so will not be able to comment on the taste.. Thank You Gentlemen for a pleasant stay
