Hotel mandakini royale is a plush property near deep pvr talkies in govind nagar kanpur. They have variety of services from banquet halls, hotels, restaurant and Bar. The bar is very good and the staff is also very hospitable. The food is amazing here one must try honey chilli potato, paneer tikka, chilli mushroom, egg curry and naan. The sound box and DJ set is also upto the mark. The seating is cozy and comfortable. They have amazing music settings for with a dance floor

It was first b'day of my son. I was on first meet assured of " Ap samajh lijiye apne ghar par event kar rahe hain" n it was exactly as per words. A gentleman from the team was already available for supervision of the preparations as I found @6:30 pm!!! Even before we reached he was there. I was even unaware that some of my guests have arrived there, To my amazement, they had already been allotted room and shifted there very smoothly. Room service awesome. (Though, 1 out of the three rooms allotted was a bit filthy. Hence I have given 3 stars to room quality section) Not even a single moment was the event in absence of their specially deputed staff for supervision of services. Gazab ka professionalism, A class polite behaviour, Awesome tasty dinner and starters, DJ, lighting, AC functioning all was amazing. N that gentleman Ashwini at reception!! Love u brother. What an honest advice! what a level of dedication for employer! Awesome balance between both! Will remember ur happy expressions through out the meetings. Ur customer dealing is excellent. From the check in to the check out everything was super smooth. Great service provided. Neat and clean rooms to super helpful staff to hygienic fresh food, everything done well. Will not think twice to stay here on my next trip. Was a great experience altogether.

I have visited kanpur and stayed there with bank officers from all over UP. THE hotel mandakini was booked and from our arrival till departure the hotel staff helped us in every aspect. The room were very good. The food was also excellant. Hotel staff is very prompt. S k s sengar General Secretary All India bank officers Association

The hotel was definitely not worth the money. The rooms were unhygienic, I found a dead insect under the mattress. The washroom wasn't cleaned completely either and water wasn't available at all times. I do not recommend staying here unless it's for one day.

This hotel is situated near deep talkies in kanpur. Well I haven't visited much except restaurant and bar. So this is about only restaurant and bar , which is in basement. Very spacious for get together and for small parties like b'day, kitty & etc. In short, Food is average, service is normal, interior is good. So overall it is a good restaurant and bar. Parking could be a big issues during occasions otherwise ample space for parking in normal days. Thanks 🙏

Mandakini Royal is a part kukreja group of hotels. Just a fine hotel for marriage function and stay. Hall is extremely beautiful and well designed. Starter are good apart from that everything is average.

Hey everyone, This guest house has big halls and so many rooms .hotel mandakini royal is also available for rental services like wedding ceremony, ring ceremony, birthday party, meetings with affordable and higher price range. Staff and faculty of this guest house very well mannered and well behaved. It superb guest house and hotel in this area. It's provide several facilities like water, electricity and much more. They also made decorations very beautiful and colorful.

Rooms are good for the city though some maintenance could be better. Food service was a big issue in the restaurant and the room. If you are ordering, be sure to not be in a hurry and follow up till its served

Great place to host a party in South kanpur. Parkings available and adjacent to PVR and a restaurant. Can save lot of hassle and time that we spend going to downtown kanpur.

Stayed here for a marriage function. Rooms were spacious for couple and kid friendly stay. Marriage hall is the highlight of the hotel and is always booked full throughout marriage season. Had ample parking space for hosting marriage function and events hosting. Food was top notch and room service was also accomodating for kid requirements in the room. Overall a nice place for celebration of family events in the middle of Kanpur City.

The Location of this hotel is great , i was looking for something close to the airport (10-15min). The view from the terrace and the infinity pool overlooks the hills and is quite lovely , especially in monsoon times.

Rooms are clean but old! Their service is normal yet they have very high rates on the rooms. Anil the night manager is rude and needs to learn the way to handle customers. Kukreja Group has made great investments with no proper planning.

We selected this hotel based on the reviews and it did not disappoint. It exceeded our expectations! The location is excellent, the building is charming, and the staff went out of their way to make us feel at home. One morning we had an early meeting time for a tour and the staff packed us a to-go breakfast to eat on the tour bus. We also enjoyed wedding ceremony. Highly recommeded!

very bad experience.. service very poor.. extra costly.. no complimentry breakfast.. and they even charge for giving water bottles in room.. no electrical kettle.. charging 3200 to 3500 per room.. room size not good.. there was a lizard as well in the room.. i will never prefer to go there again..

It was a function so arrangments were made accordingly loved the rooms spacious had a mini fridge television site also has a gym and conference room . Can easily get public transport outside the hotel that connects you to all major sites in Kanpur .

At my own engagement they charge 21000 for decoration & dj but both were pathetic dj playing songs whatever he liked he wasn't behaving good acting like he is the owner rooms were not cleaned very worst service very slow food service their workers & waiter were good only in one thing all the time asked for money.
