We recently booked this hall for marriage , and have never seen more pathetic horrible staff and service. They served rotten food to our guests. There staff instead of managing guests kept running after every single guest asking for money. Horrible stage decoration and worst sofa was kept instead of asking repeatedly to replace. It spiled the best day for us , and we strongly recommend not to choose this.

I visited this place on 1 Dec 2021 on occasion of sisters marriage.There was big banquet hall on the basement where has very spacious and attractive interior. Big Rooms but the washroom need to be clean and hygienic. Staff was co-operative also.

Guys, please read this review before booking this gueshouse. I usually do not give any bad reviews, however this venue has compelled me to write this. I have travelled all around the world and have dealt with many businesses and hotels for various occassions. Alankaar guesthouse however has proven to he a benchmark of the lowest of the low quality of service which I have seen of any business location ever. The owner of the guesthouse “Mr Awasthi” was really very very nice when we talked to him for the first time for booking this guesthouse and promised that the air conditioning in the party hall would be included in the total charges to which we agreed. However to our surprise, 2 days before the occassion, when we reached out to him to confirm the same, he denied on the same and SHOUTED that air conditioning would require additional amount of Rs 4500/ hr. Mistake on our part was that we did not record the first commnication which happened between us. The owner “Mr Awasthi” is really bad mouthed, lousy and rude. Rude in facr is a very nice word when it comes to describe Mr Awasthi’s way of talking to his customers. He was drunk and called my brother in his cabin (when we were there for finalising all the things 2 days before the occassion) and started shouting at him when he resisted about giving any additional charges for the air conditioning. His employee “Neetu Mishra” was equally abusive and shouted at us too. I don’t still have a clue how this place even functions properly. They’re all goons. In a nutshell, he and his workers are really very very bad mouthed and would start hurling and shouting once they receive the advance payment and know that the customer has no choice but to stick with the venue. The rooms in the guesthouse were filthy, the air conditioning in the rooms do not run if the main power supply is out (however they do not mention this at the time of booking). We had made arrangement for around 100 people to stay in the guesthouse for 2 days for our parents’ golden jubilee anniversary. Our guests had major major inconvenience because of the air conditioning going out evey now and then. Due to the following reasons, we would not recommend this venue for any auspicious occassion: 1) we felt harrased by the owner and their staff to the point that it felt unsafe even talking to them. 2) poor management of the facility.

Hey everybody, This guest house has no lawn .Alankar guest house is also available for rental services like wedding ceremony, ring ceremony, birthday party with affordable price range. Staff and faculty of this guest house very well mannered and well behaved. It superb guest house in this area. It's provide several facilities like water, electricity and much more. This guest house is totally covered. They also made wedding stage very beautiful and colorful.

PARKING PROBLEM. FOOD WAS NOT ENOUGH TO DIGEST.

Employee are quite cordial, budget friendly and have more space as compared to other guest house in vicinity.

Place is good for organizing family events. Rooms are big enough to accommodate people with comfort. Events are organized in different floors. Lift facility is available. Food quality and taste was good. Parking space available on roadside.

It's a wonderful marriage hall. They have two large halls for marriage function and 7-10 rooms. They also have catering service at a reasonable price for the marriage function. Whole venue as well as all the rooms are air conditioned. This venue can accommodate 600-800 people at least.

Very very worst. Please do not book this guest house... their bathrooms and toilets are stinking always. they don't even offer soap oe shampoo in washroom. Their staff are are very rude and unprofessional.
