This hotel is cheat for tourist he give us cheap price room and you are arrived the hotel room price is double for check in and he talking very bad language and use abused words for everyone and he is not respected for ladies I recommend to all of you you are not going for family we get very bad experience.

I had a booking for my family for two days, for which I had already paid online and on visiting the place they outright denied entry saying that they don't give priority to online bookings. These people are like goons and asked us to leave the place at 11 PM after denying the booking. It's a fraud hotel. They take your money and deny it.

Book if you like losing money and respect Let’s start with the check-in experience - The Manager (Manendar Singh) is extremely rude and unsupportive. He outrightly refused checkin when he saw that out booking price was under his expectation and then lied that we have a single booking. I pointed that out and then he kept lying - he was deflecting the whole time. The hotel is surrounded with metro constructions and you won’t be able to find it easily - the location on google maps is incorrect and upon calling they’ll tell you the location. The rooms are dirty and not worth it - we paid for the whole accommodation and the experience was so bad that we left without refund. Don’t ever go.

It's a shady hotel. Staff behavior is really bad. They are unprofessional and behave like goons. Only thing good about this place was the security guy who was sweet and helped us with our luggage. I booked this place via goibibo and filed a complaint against the hotel on the portal.

It is a good hotel whi h is approximately 3.5 km to 4 km from the railway station. The rooms are spacious. They also have indoor parking, lift and inhouse kitchen. It could be a good choice for staying at a reasonable price in the city.

Smelly room, non working TV and phone, limited working AC, rude behaviour of staff, you name it. This place has it all. The owner is scamming people with help of Oyo, I booked a room here from Oyo. Upon arrival, the receptionist denied the booking and asked for more money. Oyo will never help you in this, so beware. Just don't book this place.

Online price was 750 but when I reached for in then they totally denied for online amount showing by OYO and I paid Rs 1700 This was totally disappointed time for me

Decent budget hotel. Only stayed here for 1 night. Room was decent.

There in no in house kitchen hence you have to wait for long time to get your food orders... Bit costly food... Cleanliness of room is not as per standard... They claim 3 star over Google but are not providing any service as per standard. No tea set in room.
