It is cheap and dirty hotel. Size of the room is very small. Television is there but set top box is not recharged. Food quality is ok. Tea/coffee was bad. No hot water for bath. Surrounding area of hotel is worst. This hotel can be the last option for singles (male). This hotel is not for family/couples Rats, mosquitoes and ants are also there to accompany you. Ventilation is worst. Stairs are too high. When motor is on you will get current in shower handle and in bathroom window. They are using their hotel as PG also. I have spend 6 days in this hotel and never gonna visit this place again. On video calling they showed us different room and provided different. Anyway the lady owner is hardworking. Two staff boys were very cooperative and one thin boy with beard was very arrogant. (that's why 2 star otherwise 0 for hotel.)

Hotel Owner is money minded. Never consult to clients before cancelling. Worst hotel ever. I am advising to everyone who are going to visit this hotel.. Please don't book this hotel.. I would suggest the students specifically that if you are going for any exam it is the best place at a reasonable price. Good staff service 👏 even for food you don't have to be dependent on hotels or restaurants, jzz ask the receptionist he will provide you the number of tiffin service provider in the area and accordingly you can order. Perfect location Gandhi nagar, near Zareeb Chowki. So recommending as the best student hotel in Kanpur. Further adding on that they also provide hostel and pg service.

Hotel Kanpur villa near jarib chowk is worst hotel ever i visited in my life. They charged me extra unnecessary. There room are not sanitized, they provide the dirty water for drink There was no water in washroom for 6 hrs. Also they will naver allow you to do payments through oyo app. I said i would like to do payment through oyo app but they argue with me and denied to do that. Please do the needful and cancel their agreement they are ruining oyo standard and reputation.

What a great hotel! Clean, friendly en near the biggest Rome station! had a brilliant stay. in a good location, served a great breakfast and the staff were extremely helpful..👍❤️

Would not recommend any couple or family....only if you are a student and want a cheap priced hotel room for 5-6 hrs. Or for 1night you can book this hotel will recommend to bring your own soap towel because they they don't provide anything in the room and do not make early check-in option because they don't have any room so don't waste your money in early check in option...

It was a home made hotel, stairs were somewhat high and narrow.Room was nice but there some food dust on the bed which indicated that bed was not cleaned properly as they said.Also, the commode does not have Jet Spray.The staff members were very cooperative but food service was not good.

Nice stay , home is good with a huge bed inside for a single stay, bathroom too attached, came kanpur for up civil services and it's a fine place to stay Aunty who is the manager is very kind give cold water to drink
