Great place for hanging out with friends and delicious food. Good range of food options and good service. Had Panini sandwich and Paneer pizza which was delicious. The range of drinks are also great. It is one of the best bakeries out there in Lucknow. It has a lot of branches in Lucknow so you can visit whichever is nearest. For birthday celebrations it will be a very good option.

Pasta is good in taste, but it was dry. Cold coffee was amazing. As it's summer, so i loved it. But the Blueberry Swiss rolls are very very dry. When I used spoon,it was shedding like powder.

I ordered a cake. They charged around a 100 rupees to write Happy Birthday. Even after that they did a horrible job. Whats the point of charging such amount if you can't do it properly. I ordered blueberry cake which costs around 700 plus the writing " birthday" or "anniversary" on the cake for 100 bucks. Wouldn't recommend delivery form THF. Dining is fine.

This beautiful bakery cum cafe is your instant mood lifter. The place is beautifully lit as well as decorated. It has seating area both indoors and outdoors. There is a nice vibe to the place. You get nice cakes, pastries, cupcakes, gift hampers and food like noodles, pastas, pizzas, sandwiches and shakes.

This could have been avoided with all the crowd and not-so-tasty coffee. Not to mention, the prices were slightly better than what I received as a customer.

The interior is quiet good but the taste can be better.. We ordered coffee, kitkat shake and pizza. For branding they use their own glasses but if a person orders kitkat shake so he expects some presentation along with the taste, both were unexpectedly not good... Pastries were good but snacks were not..

One of the finest bakeries in the town. Every piece offered here is so luscious and mouth-watering. It's been so long we are visiting this place and have never been disappointed. They serve one of the best chocolate cheesecakes and Dairy-free chocolate truffles. We have also tried pizza, pasta and shakes trust me even they are outstanding. 👌🏻 I would do recommend buying cakes on your special days to enjoy at ample. The ambience is superb as well. They have inside out sitting with a very calm atmosphere. The moment you enter there is this whole bakery smell enhancing the experience. 😇

On one of our casual outings, we landed at The hazel nut factory @ Nirala Nagar, Lucknow. I thought I will have the Mushroom ragout sandwich and my better half decided to have Burrata s/w but both of these were not available then we ordered mushroom and cheese sandwich and classic veg burger with lemon mint iced tea for him and iced Americano for yours truly. The food was decent, Americano was to my taste but iced tea tasted if prepared from the premix. Liked the hustle bustle there and impressed by the service. Once done, we also bought black current swiss roll and Banoffe pie for people back at home. The swiss roll had strong flavour and after taste of egg which so I could not have it but banofee was good. Both deserts were little too sweet for our pallette (we prefer very mild sugar) though. Billing took time but once in a while it's ok. We liked it there and may visit soon again.

what an amazing place! I really liked this place. I've heard it from my friend so i went there the ambience was cool. place is spacious service is fast. Behaviour is recommendable. Now coming to the point The prices you won't believe are very low believe me for the ambience shown in the pics the price offered are very low. If you go there in evening time try to sit outside will give you positive vibes.

Overhyped. Overpriced. Not recommended at all. Customer experience is disastrous. Lucknow is known for its food and culture. There is no point making expensive interiors and exteriors. If you have the option of sleeping on an empty stomach or visiting this place I will recommend sleeping on an empty stomach. Awful experience. Look into the picture. The thumb rule of serving dining experiences is that you can't serve an empty bowl. When u don't have a service of serving soups 1 by 2. That's cool. It should be told upfront. Instead of serving an empty bowl and disrespecting someone. I ordered mushroom soup which looked green and is a weird color when it comes to mushroom soup. Mushroom soup is a comfort food but it was the complete opposite and has a tinch of thukpa in its taste. There is no parking. Vehicles are parked on the road creating traffic jams. The garlic bread was also a complete disaster this bread costing rupees 195/- is not worth this amount because of its taste. There are many other cafes in the same area serving quality food, having class with good service and great experiences and with a parking facility.

Don't try their red sauce pasta. It's pathetic and tasteless.there will be no veggies no matter how specifically you tell them to add veggies in your pasta. Totally waste of money. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED 👎

Not a good experience!! Overcrowded and poor management.. We could not get a seat even after waiting for a long time, moreover ppl were only there to click pics with the Christmas tree, not to have food. This make me regret about my decision to visit the outlet. We bought pastries and the chocolate ganache over it, was too old to be considered as fresh. I felt, they were selling pastries that they had prepared a week back with a new batch of them. Overall, I am not satisfied at all and not happy with my experience.

A chic eatery with some succulent options, The Hazelnut Factory is always occupied and for the right reasons. It's a friends and family friendly cafe where you are met with a smile. The transaction process is easy, waiting time is acceptable. I had Lotus biscoff latte and new york cheesecake, both were scrumptiously delish. The latte was perfectly frothed and the cheesecake was as expected. Definitely a place to spend a happy evening.

THF is now a brand in Lucknow with many branches spread across the city .However ,we have been going to THE HAZELNUT FACTORY @Nirala Nagar from the time they had about started and this branch remains a fav even now. Had the chilly paneer croissant sandwich and lemon ice tea.The iced tea was refreshing and the croissant sandwich was excellent!!

Went there a couple of times. Had a latte both times which was made just right. The kids really enjoyed the chocolate and pineapple pastry. The cafe has a huge assortment of cakes, pastries and breads. Will be returning to buy the apricot sugar free batter. Service was very friendly and efficient. Greeting packaging of the take away pastries. Highly recommended.

The place is fine, drinks are also good, service is quite slow and needs to be faster. For 1 order of cappuccino and Cold coffee they took sweet 15 mins, which was high as per my needs. The music was slightly on the louder side as i was sitting just below the speaker so had to shout while talking, so they should tàke care of loudness of music as well. Tastewise drinks were fine and so was everything else.

I really like the taste and quality of food available here. I have a sweet tooth and the bakery items and indian sweets are at par over here. Do give it a try. It also has a cute little seating area, really nice for coffee dates. Don't forget to try the red velvet cake and the mud pudding

I was very attracted to the ambience and the interior that is why I went here in the first place.But food was ok ok.It is good for bakery items.We had noodles box with chilly paneer.It was average.Panini cottage sandwich was good.The shakes(Oreo and Kitkat) were very thick and too sweet.Fresh Lime soda was nowhere near lime soda.

It's an upscale bakery with eat-in facility Near IT crossing. Excellent ambiance. Staff was amicable and presentable, the cashier seemed to be a bit lost though. Good assortment of baked products available ranging from cakes, pastries, breads, sweets, chocolates, milkshakes etc... The place was clean but lacked on street visibility. Also variety and delivery options were limited. There is some waiting time and presentation could be improved on the items served. Overall it was a good experience.
