AT
ALL....
We
booked
a
deluxe
room
at
headquarters
khajrahu
for
1
day
and
paid
advance
payment
before
4
days.However
once
we
reached
the
hotel,
they
denied
our
booking
and
started
arguing
with
us.
We
showed
them
a
confirmation
receipt
then
they
contacted
the
same
person
who
confirmed
us
for
the
booking
I.e.
Hemant
Mishra,
then
they
started
giving
us
nonsense
excuses
that
suddenly
someone
is
hospitalised
and
now
we
cannot
give
room
to
you
or
etc..
Suddenly
8-9
people
in
the
group
came
and
started
discussing
with
us.
We
were
3
people,
myself,
my
husband
and
my
son
of
6
years
of
age.
We
reached
the
hotel
around
7-8
pm
from
delhi
and
now
they
are
not
ready
to
give
us
room
at
night.
They
suddenly
started
arguing
with
us
saying
that
we
cannot
help
you
and
somehow
started
threatening
us
and
started
misbehaving
with
us.
THIS
IS
NOT
RIGHT.
I
feel
like
filling
a
complaint
against
them
in
consumer
court.
I
will
not
recommend
this
hotel
to
anyone
considering
the
risk
factors
&
commitment.

We

persons
which
includes
myself,
my
husband
and
my
son.
How
could
we
misbehave
with
your
8-9
group
of
persons?????
You
have
bluffed
with
us
completely
and
not
served
us
well
at
night.
This
is
seriously
not
right,
moreover
you
are
saying
that
we
misbehave,
everyone
can
understand,
that
how
could
1
person
misbehave
with
8-9
persons
of
your
team??
After
listening
that
we
can
not
get
room
at
night
after
paying
advance
payment
as
well...
I
have
your
confirmation
message...which
you
declined
after
reaching
to
your
place...sorry
to
say
but
pls
do
not
do
this
with
any
other
person..
Regarding
filling
a
case,
Let
me
tell
you
that
I
will
definitely
do
that...&
Let
them
decide
what
to
do..i
dont
want
any
other
person
to
suffer
from
this
in
future
after
reaching
your
hotel.
