Skin doctor not available. Not even in the clinic in the prescribed time. Staff always say you come to clinic and then we will call the doctor and when reached there doctor said he is busy come tomorrow. They charged fees 60% above the market and the service is very low quality.

Irresponsible statements! They don't have time to arrange the reports of the test on time and they even bother to inform the patient. The staff members were amused when asked for the report, mai ni gya lene report, maine usko kaha tha lane ko etc etc. And they want me to come back again. Do they know understand such behaviour troubles the patient???? Do they know we pay for the doctor's appointment??? Very unhelpful! I would Paliwal as a Diagnostic centre is better

Its had been a smooth and comfortable experience at Regency Parade for Full Health checkup done for my parents. Mr.Ravi and other staff was coordinated, supportive and helpful. I don't want to comment on other doctors but dr. Atul Gupta so called oncologist is the worst doctors having zero empathy for patients just need money whether patient is being benefitted or not. My relative having CA pancreas was treated by him and he just gave chemo and no treatment for adverse effect of chemo. He has no knowledge for adverse or side effects of chemo agents and their treatment. I would have given zero star.

Perfect place for OPD, health checkup and vaccination of child. Staff are very very supportive. But otherhand security staff behavior very bad. Everyone can reach in this clinic from everywhere in city.
