I started living here in April,2022. In December,2022 Room Lelo(Varanasi based company) took over for the management and other stuff. And facilities since then has degraded a lot. 1. They have started their own mess now. Food quality is good, but variety sucks actually. No ARHAR DAL for even once a week.Fried rice, biryani, chola bhatura, chana dal, rajma , chola morning me parathe aakhir kitna khayega insan yahi sab. NO HEALTHY FOOD 2. No provision of inverter on the ground floor yet. 3. No hooks and hangers in bathrooms as well. 4. No biometric safety system for the ground floor. 5.The local manager ( Mr. Vivek )here doesn't know how to behave and talk. 6. the owner ( mr. Pranav) doesn't want to take any actions. And it was him who told us in the very beginning that best services will be provided. But that was just for convincing us. Overall, jabse roomlelo ne charge liya hai, har cheez bekar hi ho gayi hai. Very frustrated i am !

Please don't go through the rewis Very bad wardan actually she is not a wardan she is girl not safe area Very bad area messy place And we cannot change our room after one month they have stupid kind of 3 months locking period Candition of rooms are very bad very small in size Canjusted place And we have to pay 4000 only for security

Hostel environment is very good and the service provided by ROOMLELO is in better way and also room is spacious , and every amenities provide by ROOMLELO like RO water , Washing machine, Unlimited Wifi, Bed ,mattress etc.

Giving this review after lot of issues: 1. Food is very bad, spicy and oily and my sister stayed there for 2-3 days and got very sick in few days only. 2. Washroom and rooms are not cleaned regularly. Whosoever stayed there got very sick. 3. Even one girl got heart attack may be due to food or hygiene issues or safety concerns. Many girls, including my sister, left the hostel due to this incident. 4. Small rooms and bad reviews u can check here before going there. 5. Safety concerns were raised by my sister who was living there. 6. Management give lot of excuses to give refund when someone vacates the hostel. Someone else should not suffer like this. Please beware.

Please don't believe on the rating of this hostel...this is the worst hostel ever ... earlier it was managed by owner Dr.Roohul and everybody used to love the facilities...but now it is managed by a company named as room Lelo...which is not able to manage hostel and also the staff here is very rude , arrogant and misbehaves with tenants; whereas when we complain about any problem here ..the wadern doesn't solve any problem...Also hostel is not safe at all because the gates are broken and it's been more than a week but they haven't repaired yet...last week our biometric was also not working so it took them 3 days to get it repaired....till 3 night the girls were living there with open gates and no security or gate lock at all... .this hostel is good for nothing all we have here is bad food, unhygienic washroom, rude staff,out of network wifi,....etc

Initially when the hostel was managed by Ruhul sir..... I gave this 5 rating But now it's one of the worst hostel since room lelo has taken the responsibility to manage the hostel The mess:- 1) you have to eat chapatis and parathas on daily basis in the breakfast with only alloo ki sabzi none other than that 2) in the afternoon also there's a very rare chance that you'll get to eat some green vegetables you'll either get kadhi aur besan ki sabzi or alloo ki sabzi with lots of masala I mean ..... You will not get to eat anything healthy The food is too oily and spicy 3) the hostel manager Vivekananda Rai is so arrogant that anytime you'll complaint him about food or anything Either he'll neglect you in any way or he'll say "ma'am bass aapko hi dikkat hai to aap pg chrd dijiye" We were promised quality life and food here and all we are getting is harrasment 4) Also warden behaves so arrogantly like she is out teacher or something.... She has the audacity to shout on us and also dosent take into account any of our problems and keeps procastinating by saying that the will resolve the problem and apparently the problem is never resolved

The management has changed now since December 2023, management has been cooperative and the food quality has improved now, all the issues have been resolved.

Best pg in affordable price,hygiene is properly maintained ,security gets refunded on time ,staff is friendly ,management is supportive ,general security is also impressive with cameras installed in common areas and biometric entry is the coolest feature.

It's a great hostel and staff/ owner have thought of preety much everything..

Warden maam is very cooperative her behavior is cool she is very hard worker she always doing work She is very caring n loving ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ I love u maam

They want their rent and dues timely but when you complaint about the issues in hostel they ignore it... here electricity bill is the biggest issue.... literally they expoliate their tenants Worst hostel with worst employees

I have been to this property it's affordable rent is ok according to the facilities provided . I have sent my sister she is very happy with all facilities like : wifi washing machine, induction food is awesome, taste is good hygiene is maintained on daily basis Staff behavior is cooperative and polite Owner is friendly and cooperative Environment is friendly all the tenants are welcoming in nature Location is best suited as all the convince are 2 min walking distance from the property It's safe for girls as they can see police pink booth nearby.

Really the best pg in the locality The owner is also so polite and supportive.....all the facilities provided is good enough
