Ok shop with good customer service. Service Rep was patient and attentive. One problem though, the service rep was not able to explain some of the offers and benefits of diamond and why Tanishq diamond is better than others. I had a better experience with Malabar which came out during a discussion and after that the whole point of their job was to put down Malabar and compare which I did not like. I have no affiliation with Malabar but they should focus on selling their products aggressively and not try to put down customers as stupid. We brought gold worth 1.6L and they offered a coffee mug as a gift which was also disappointing, though I had no interest in the gift but it did not feel personal. Would have been better to not give any gift.

Today we went to tanishq in alam bagh to buy my nani's gold necklace.....When we reached the store we were welcomed and greeted by the staff and and our assistant Mrs Lucky Kaur mam was so humble and sweet she cleared all our doubts and she even asked for tea and coffee if we want to have any.....Mam gave us many suggestions that which one should we take , nani selected one.... I don't like the staff attitude, they don't have basic decency to greet the customer and give proper time. All the staff are interested in closing the store before 8:30PM.

The staff are very rude here besides one lady Pooja, first all they are not interested to entertain the 10-15 k budget wala customer, then will ask to one another to show the things and lastly no one will entertain you. If someone help to show the jwellery to buy the billing counter man is indisciplined, rude, idiot, he don't know how to talk people nicely for their request. He only billed first for high value customers. To make more incentives. They just ignore the normal people. Ashiyana branch near picaddly. As a person every customer should be respected there and feel valuable Please learn some customer service and delightness. Don't trust their Google reviews, there are paid reviews.
