My first experience at the store was not good. After my neighbour's recommendation I and my wife decided to shop from there. We were attended at the entrance and guided to the relevant counter but counter staff asked us to shift and offered our seat to other customer. We felt very embarrassed and stood there for a few minutes. We were about to go but another staff came and showed the jewellery on another counter where there was no seating arrangement. We shopped for a golden earring the way we buy grocery. While leaving I asked the staff to show me a way to give feedback. They called their customer support team and I narrated my first shopping experience to them. They came into action and apologized and handled the situation. Next day I went there again for ear piercing of my daughter. This time we were treated well and they did the piercing efficiently. Overall experience was good so was the jewellery collection.

I was searching for 8 number ring for my fiancé which is quite rare. Normally one would find rings starting from 12 size onwards as standard. At Tanishq they told me it would take a month to deliver. I needed it urgently. Kashi Jewellers may not have have very urbane design collection, I was looking for a minimal design in rose gold with diamonds. Though I found something, thanks to light-hearted, outspoken host Priya Mishra. Most importantly they were able resize ring to desired size within minutes, since they have workshop at the location.
