Very Bad experience, my father was admitted in hospital for stomach problems and they told operation required due to intestinal obstruction and they operated but post operation situation becomes pathetic and they were not able to control, staff was rude even doctor was not supportive , they kept my father on ventilator for around 9 to 10 days and finally my father expired. When my father was admitted he was in walking condition but complication ocuured post surgery, hospital is keen to making money only, very Bad for ECHS members , would not advised any one to visit this hospital , if you are loving your loved ones then never ever visit this hospital .

Very worst experience here. Came to visit a doctor and found that no system is working at reception. Only one system is working and the staff is too slow and giving excuse that software has changes.Pathetic services. No water for the visitors guests at the reception. You have to purchase from outside. Staff is not properly trained to welcome guests and attend them with smile, plus point is you also have to wait for the doctor to come and visit you, as they were too too too much busy somewhere.Looks like we will get paid to wait here and the doctors pay visiting charge to us.overall very pathetic experience for me to bisit this weird place.

Worst hospital in Kanpur Why? They asked you to pay a hell lot of money upfront and then deny treatment. It is equally expensive as any super premium hospital like in metro city Bengaluru/Mumbai and service is completely inhumane and untrustworthy. Not everyone is a VIP here so if you are fetching a lot of money from the common man provide them with better service.

Due to sunday i visited regency govind nagar branch for my one year old child suffering from vomit and loose motion no one was taking serious doctor said he is ok i will not give medicine and i begged sir pls give us medicine he is not ok pls pls pls... My baby again do loose motion in night and condition is worst so today i visited another doctor for him. Hospital charged emergency charges 1000 but what about treatment?? Fully worst experience and worst treatment .

Staff are not equipped with proper knowledge about the TPA or estimate billing . They provide half cooked information to their customers which result in financial loss to customer. During discharge billing department behavior is also not good.

If you want to save your patient then i suggest never go to this hospital only want money ..dont care for patient .and i experienced such unprofessionalism with doctors .never on time and give only hope to family members so that they can take more and more money from them ……

I was really dissatisfied with the radiologist and her assistant since I waited two hours for the entire abdomen to be tested, but she only completed part of it and noted on the report that the patient wasn't ready, refusing to perform the full test even though I had paid the full price. She merely ordered, "Go now," without even asking to wait to hold urine.

Billing cell Tower 2 , 4th Floor. On my request of little bit fast process , Mr Himanshu is stating me why don't you go some other hospital. Because we will work like that only. And Mr Panjul Mishra (Operations) he was also agree with his statement. They both misbehaved with me and abused. I am totally disappointed with the services and misbehaviour. A place were staff do not have humanity. They don't care weather you die or live. Being a emergency service I waited for approx .45 min laying down my patient in ambulance but driver and other staff was busy in samosa party. Just give them Money & rest leave on god.

Pathetic services. You need to spend 2-3 hrs for simple Dr. Consultation and if they ask for any testing like Ultrasound....etc you need have atleast 4-5hrs. Dr. Doesn't come on time and they ask patience to come on time. I have taken appointment in advance and Sister ask me to come 10am in morning without miss. I have come on time and it's now 11:45 am and still waiting for my turn. I have to discontinue the consultation because of services. Even after paying so high fee if we need to give this much time for consultation or assistant, I wold say big no to them. They are looting without providing price worthy services. Shame shame and big shame on administration and Faculties. I don't recommend anyone until there is no any other option.

I have hdfc ergo cashless mediclaim n get admitted after submitting 50 k..When hdfc give me details then they written in report that patient had to pay nothing.. all expenses r given by hdfc ergo... **Great Doctors but untrained staff and non-empathetic management *** Visit date - 16th March Emergency and Neuro department Patient name - sk dubey Contact no. - u can find it in ur internal database *5 star for doctors and 1 star for management and staff!* Have visited this hospital several times and I must say Doctors in this hospital are great (be it gastro, neuro or any department) ! But the insurance desk is rude and they just don’t have basic sense! They ask for 25-30k advance security deposit for single occupancy room, even when u have corporate cashless insurance. That doesn’t make sense at all. It’s unethical to ask for this big deposit when a patient has corporate cashless insurance card with zero copay. Even big hospitals like Manipal, Columbia Asia, fortis and max just charge 5-10k as initial advance deposit (for single occupancy) in case of corporate-cashless insurance scheme. This is not at all a customer friendly process, management has levied this process for their sheer ease and hold over customer, From customers view this is a cruel policy that is imposed by hospital for the sake of admission and their benefit. Secondly, I got my patient admitted in emergency due to stroke like symptoms and the nursing staff took the vitals but the oncall doctor came after 40-45 mins. When I called the front desk to enquire about emergency on duty doctor, the lady replied stating “the doctor is on round, and will come post finishing the visit”. That was such a vague/non- responsible reply. What’s the use of emergency then? If the doctor will finish the round and then attend the emergency? After lot of argument with front desk, she called the onduty emergency doctor and doctor came within 5-10 mins. The hospital management would have to work very hard to come even close to metropolitan standards. I would again say the doctors are really great here but the staff and management sucks. I know post this review, there can be a defensive response from hospital, trying to defend themselves. ——> One honest suggestion. acknowledge your shortcomings and improve them, Rather than defending urself. if you train your staff to be at par with metropolitan standard, you definitely have great potential and future.

Sometimes hospital staff misbehave with the patients and with their guardians. They are there just for making money. They also don't have parking lot in hospital so visitors have to park their car on road or front of the shops nearby. The shopkeepers come to the hospital and ask to park the car somewhere else.

At the time of registration security forced to me wear the mask. but I seems many internal staff do not wear masks. Same input i had shared with you guys but your Security Incharge ( Name I Don't knew ) was fighting with me on recording CCTV camera and also snatched my own cell phone and dragged me inside the hospital to punch. He was pulling me by the throat and the scenario record in CCTV footage. While I have visited the administration team for resolution they are also taking care of them and not ready to listen to my words. I Have asked them to please give me a complaint book in order to write a written complaint regarding the issue. They also do not provide any kind of complaint books. I have asked if hospital management making rules for Covid19 was similar to staff and patient attender/ vister too. They also not provide any kind of Covid guideline. Don't go with ratings..paid rating are used to maintain stand..If you ask any person in kanpur about regency hospital..95% kanpurites will tell you only 1 thing this best chor hospital in kanpur..they are trying to create bill hike as much they can..MAX and Fortis bills more accurate then Regency Bills.. In Every 2 or 3 month they are in news for their over billing but still government does not taking action against this type chor hospital in kanpur due to their settings. So don't go with this hospital they are doing SHARE MARKET strategy with you.

Had the checkup for Gall Stone. They did all check ups, took 25k rupees and told in report everything is normal, there is no stone. So we went to Mumbai for checkup again and found there is stone and got operated then. Stone was 13 mm big. If we had kept believing on Regency reports & doctors, they might have made the case serious with their negleigence. DO NOT belive them blindly.

We reached regency hospital at 11 am in the morning then doctor suggested for ultrasound , we reached at ultrasound room at 11 am submitted the file. My patient is dizzy and her condition is wortioning every minute... She went to emergency for rest after few minutes emergency person told her to sit in the que because patients are coming in emergency. Mixed experience! Our treating doctor was experienced, humble and explained us everything about my father's case. The accounts department and the guys at reception were cooperative and resolved our queries. Insurance guys were helpful too. On the negative side, one of the nurses (A guy I don't want to name here) was too bad mannered and inexperienced. He would come and use unnecessarily harsh tone, and would not respond to the attendants properly, missed to give medicine twice and had rough hands. Every time he did something on my father (Attaching Vego, Stopping or managing drips), it pained him terribly. Other nurses(Especially south indians) were experienced, easy on patients and seemed to justice to their profession of nursing. A generic recommendation : Whatever medicines come from pharmacy during the treatment, make sure to collect all the bills and verify the number of items.

The doctors and nursing staffs are extremely dedicated and talented. All the staffs are highly cooperative including billing staff, security, cleaning staffs etc. Special thanks thanks to ICU nurses and mid night nurses.
