In this cinema all the things are good but old and low quality things are mostly happen there..you want to take some special things then you have to come some distance which is a minor point otherwise overall all the things are very good.if you want to go and stay there then thing whatever I am saying but this palace is giving you a extra attention.This place is also very good here a lots of enjoyment present.but a lots of things are missing.

Theatre is very unhygienic and smelling, seating chair is very dirty and no cleanship after show because garbbage and wastes kept in seat and this theatre is also not safe for family. So I recommend choose other option.

Nice place. No recliner and other benefits available as shown while booking the ticket. At times good moves also published here. Seat could have been bigger. Fine to visit with friends. Not recommend for family. Inox and rave are better for family. Seat is ok. Cleaning is good. Parking available. Covid safely measures available.

The over all experience was really not that good.... The hall is totally old.. The inside of the cinema hall totally smells like gutka (paan masala) I am very sure most of the crowd that visit this place are masala eaters.... Not at all good for family and couple.. You can go with friends if you want.. Rates for the canteen stuff are very reasonable as compared to other cinemas halls.... You can get every stuff at 20 to 30 rupees... Coffee is also available.. Highest price is 90.. Easily affordable if you want to watch movie at low price... Place is easily recognisable.. Public transport is available to reach this place... Hall is almost empty Only 20 seats were occupied... Wash room was in good condition.. Quiet hygienic... Inside of the hall has not been modified since a very long time.. Seats are not that comfortable... That smell bothered me alot...

Shyam palace would not let die single screen cinema in Kanpur. All the latest releases are on screen as soon as they do. Best part is that you pay much less as compared to multiplex.

Definitely a no-go for big theatre lovers. Kind of outdated. They often switch off the AC after interval. The snacks distribution is just like olden days that is they come to u at the seat. Snacks are way cheaper and unhygienic. You can get an olden days feeling here.

We went here to get a feel of the old Indian cinema setup which was fine. The place is okay and kept clean. Don't know if they have ACs or not. If u are a multiplex person, you can purchase the most expensive ticket and enjoy it with coke popcorn and other stuff
