Plug holidays is the most useless and incapable agency. DO NOT BOOK ANYTHING WITH THEM. Took their support for visa and they completely screwed up. Our point of contact Pranjal is the most irresponsible person I’ve ever met in my entire life. He troubled me and my friends until 2 days before our trip. He submitted a wrong picture for visa because of which we had to redo the application. He was clueless about everything and consistently kept lying to us. Do not risk your trips with this agency. We went through a very difficult and stressful time because of them.

It was my baby's first bday..i wwas too excited and wanted something different for him..the event was well coordinated by mr yash..he took care of the decor..the balloons were beautifully placed..they were giving a colourfull feel..the anchor too did his job well.. overall it was a great day..we all enjoyed the games..

Very bad travel agent . they charge money and later do not give any service. they are at kanpur and lie that they are in singapore; they charge very extra amount. Kuldeep the tour representative is a goon. he is a thief. dont take any package from them.

Worst arrangement

Our trip to Australia was fantastic! We traveled with my parents and my two teenaged boys. We only had 10 days for the trip, so we decided to keep our destinations relatively close together. Our travel planner keva did a great job of listening to our must do items and weaving together an itinerary that hit everything without exhausting us.

I booked my North East tour, my experience was too good I hardly recommend their services.

Best guidence provided for lots of tourist destination and budget fit tour packages.

Receipts also atached. Hi Team, Waiting for refund to be initiated . Chasing from a month now. Nobody is answering the call. Please help on urgent basis as customer paid directly there. Already shared the screenshots on whats app with Pranjal. B2b agent says they have paid full amount to Kewa. We are looking for the refund for services which are not provided. HAve voice recordings as well. WHere agent pranjal is threatening . Now nobody is answering the call.
