Just went today to pick up some of my stuff which I gave for polishing. My mother just asked for a box for the same,I understood the policy that they don’t give boxes for polished product but one of the staff Mahima was in such a hurry that her behaviour was so abrupt and rude.. she could have explained things in a polished manner.. we are shopping from this shop from past 20 years but have never faced such a response from the staff. Just today when owners were not present at the shop the particular staff behaved in her own arrogant manner.

The worst place ever !!! Mahima, who is the owner of the showroom (courtsey to her hard working and down to earth father) is so arrogant that she feels she is doing a favour by selling the products to the customer. The showroom and it's staff are cheating their customers by providing misinformation and once you will ask for the reason of misinformation shared to you, they will say you didn't talk to the right person which means it is your responsibility to find who among their staff members gives the authentic information. Wish I could give anything lesser than 1 star ! #Sona Cheaters

Its a first visit and experience was so good. Entire and beautiful jewellery designs.. I recommend to all my friends and family members must visit this store, one of the best store in all up,they have a kids room for kids enjoyment.. He is very rude, has no manners and does not know how to talk to customers. He pretends like he is the store owner even when he is just an employee. Please don’t waste your time at this store. There are many other jewellers in Birhana Road who know how to speak to customers well and make sale in the right way.

worst place to shop for jewellery. they charge the highest making charge in the market and then give you discount on it . very higy deduction when you exchange jewllery which was bought from them only. rude staff who it seems are on commission to charge you with the biggest bills . I would suggest kashi over it.
