Poor Services.....from hospital... Corporate Staff is only trying to get money from patient for hospital they are not ready to except their fault.... they just try to get more and more money from customer even they have made mistake in billing still i have to buy medicine from outside the hospital...... Overall the managing staff of hospital is immature.... not providing satisfaction to customer.......I personally recommend not to go in this hospital....

Worst Management ever seen in any hospital. Nurses&Staff do not even treat their pateint with good hospitality. Will rate this as KANPUR'S WORST HOSPITAL. GOVERNMENT HOSPITALS ARE MORE GOOD THAN THIS HOSPITAL. The nurses do not even know how to medicate their patient properly. The staff&Management do not even maintain a hygienic environment in this hospital.

Old Hospital with experience Doctors but staff behaviour is not good. Private room are always full here as they are less. One will get them if they are not filled or someone left the room after treatment. Small pharmacy here which will give you no discount on medicine. Parking is available. Outside hospital no other big pharmacy store is there. Ambulance service is here for which they will charge money, but written on website as free. Emergency services are here. Gynaecologist, Orthopaedic, Nephrology, Paedritician with NICU is available. This hospital is good in making money from patients. Very Very Bad Nursing Staff .

A guy(age near about 20-22) who work in just right hand cabin came and he was asking me rudely and loudly to go out without any reason. He was wearing black chino pant today.
