Very bad management, I've been other EYE Q as well, but this center is worst. Receptionist doesn't even know how to handle number of files, patients are sitting clueless for hours, Very long waiting time. All other staffs are roaming and chattering for no reason, don't know what's happening. It has been too long sitting and no call, they don't even bother.

I shall review after a few weeks of my mother's cataract operation. 👍 I am writing after a two weeks, operation was successful and good supportive staff.👍i shall suggest this hospital for cataract surgery or any other issues related to eyes.

It's been 15 days post surgery of my mother's cataract eye surgery...so far it's been really a fantastic experience with such a well formed staff. Including the doctors and the entire staff is really humble polite with the patient and thier family. Last but not the least so far wonderful team putting up great efforts in making people's life colourful from black and white.

I have a very bad experience with eyeq (kanpur) . My test was done, after that they said they will give the date and now they are not picking up calls. They were saying that Ayushman will be done with the card and now the finger is not feeling and they are saying is no other option. They was waisting my time and nothing happen.

Very irresponsible staff. I have ordered for glass and paid 1900Rs which got after 10 days. Eye check up was found incorect. and again I have to spend 900/ Rs in other Eye care. I tried best to refund but no response. Bas chakkar lagate raho. There is no use of conversation. They only pressurise to come again but nobody has time to go for repeated times for hospital staff mistakes. Who will provide the transport. Either they should provide transport or refund the money.
