I would like to report an incident which happened with my wife done by Dr. Meena Chawla M.D. (RADIO-DIAGNOSIS) at Aakash Ganga Jaanch Kendra, H. No. 129, Adarsh Nagar, Near Chandra Lok, Unnao-209801, Uttar Pradesh . This lady used to travel from Kanpur to this Aakash Ganga Kendra to perform scans etc. She is not taking any kind of proper measures as recommended by medical science to do the tests/scans. Meena Chawla is an inhuman, unethical, unprofessional lady . And if we ask any questions/queries she will not respond or will respond in a very negative way. Our doctor has recommended to undergo USG NT/NB scan and we went to this fraud place and my doctor has asked for normal ultrasound but Dr. Meena Chawla did TVS ultrasound ......and height is when she even has not used condom or anything and directed inserted ultrasound probe and when my wife complains about it that you should take precautions as you are using the same ultrasound probe for all the patients and due to this anyone can be HIV infected or other STD diseases. Dr. Meena Chawla started abusing and using absurd language and ignored all suggestions. Also no preventive measures taken for coronavirus in this lab and even Dr. Meena Chawla was not wearing a mask. I request to take very strict action against such inhuman lady and as she is not taking required measures and can spread HIV and other STD diseases to anyone.

The lady who is managing the cash and ID process in covid-19 vaccination room should learn how to speak to people. Don't know how the hospital management put her on job at first place. She has a ty dollar rapper's song as ringtone and I bet she won't be able to speak a complete sentence in English. Just for the lady :- let me tell you that even a security guard in a private office handles double the crowd twice as fast as you can all day long without complaining about AC is not working. So, keep your tantrums upto you, try to be humble and handle the crowd gracefully because that's your job.

The behaviour of the receptionist is very bad, disgraceful, rude and highly unprofessional. Rather than helping patients, she thinks of herself kind of a typical government babu, and dealing with her makes you feel that you are in some typical government office or hospital where there is neither empathy nor sympathy, nor a professional work culture and sensitivity. There are several negative reviews regarding the staff, and especially for that lady receptionist, who is the first person representing the hospital to an outsider, and she gives away the hospital in a very poor light. It is a wonder that the management has neither fired her yet, nor made her improve her behaviour. I'm surprised what kind of private hospital it is! Not a customer/patient oriented hospital...not recommended ...

I went there for physiotherapy of shoulder back pain. I visited 2 physiotherapist before that but Dr Saba is best till now. She is very helpful ,polite ,humble ,dedicated and best physiotherapist. I would surely recommend her.

Hospital reception staff behaviour is very bad and unpredictable. On 7th Jan morning 11 am . I went for RT-PCR test and they asked for Adhaar card photocopy and photocoy facility is available in reception then also that lady told me to go outside. We are not here for doing help. I would like to tell before this i have visited 4 times for RT-PCR test in 2020-21. They did photocoy and help me always. Facility and service is good. But reception staff must be sensitised that help people if facility is availble. It will make people/ patients happy. Dear sir/madam Please take action against reception staff those who were on 7 Jan (10:30-11:00 so that next time onwards upcoming people will be happy.

You have to wait for other people to gather so you can get your covid shot even when you have an appointment and if there are less than 10 people then they ask you to come next day, wasted an hour waiting to get the shot but was told that it cannot be done today as they need more people. They need to learn what "appointment" really means.

Specially Archna who is the incharge of TPA suggested me don't come here if you've ICICI health insurance. Just be careful before you go. 🚫

Hospital services are pathetic and nursing staff are not attending patient properly, no ownership, very less nursing staff, hospital is not even value for single star. My experience is very bad with this hospital. Hospital is very careless, charges are high as 5star hospital but pathetic service private rooms are just like kabootar khana, iam surprised that how government has given this hospital lisence for running hospital their lisence should be cancelled as their staff behaviour with attendance and patient is very bad, their behaviour is like they treating free of cost.
