I recently had the pleasure of receiving care at this hospital and I cannot say enough great things about the staff and my doctor. Dr. Gaurav Chawla, From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with kindness and empathy, which immediately put me at ease. The staff went above and beyond to make sure that I was comfortable and had everything I needed during my stay. My doctor was absolutely amazing. They were knowledgeable, thorough, and truly cared about my well-being. They took the time to listen to all of my concerns and questions, and provided me with clear and detailed explanations of my treatment options. They also made sure to follow up with me after my discharge to ensure that I was continuing to recover properly. Overall, I had an excellent experience at this hospital and I highly recommend it to anyone in need of medical care. The staff and my doctor truly went above and beyond to make sure that I received the best possible care, and I am so grateful for their kindness and expertise. I WILL SHARE SOME OF THE PICS OF ROOM THEY ARE VERY NEAT AND CLEAN AND HYGIENIC.

I have done my wife materinity operation. Doctors and nursing staff are good. But you will find lift is not working. We were on 4th floor and using stairs only for everything. They dont care ahout compain and will talk in rude manner.Billing facilility is poor since they cant provide current bill amount so we can arrange money. I face lots of trouble to prepare child birth certificate since thay made wrong entry and it took 7 to 8 followup in every department to correct this. I will say bad in terms of service since they change 15 percent service charge of your total bill.

Pathetic pace to get treated, they’ll not be precise and give you any medicine. Doctors are really irresponsible and treat patients as mere no.s on their balance sheet. No regard for hospitality. The worst hospital ever known to me to get treated and I am saying all this by personal experience.

Has deposited Rs 1500 for anesthesia injection receipt has not been received but Dr. Gaurav Chawla Gastroenterology, Liver & Biliary Sciences

On 14 Aug 2023, I took my grandmother to Kanpur Medical Centre for her treatment in Gastroenterology department. I am writing to point out reality of today's private hospitals these days. Main issue is their management to handle patients, they handle patients depending on their physical appearance though everyone is paying same consultancy fee to doctor. Management team who is handling patients are illiterate and mostly look like bodyguards with no medical knowledge. They don't know how to speak to patients and their families politely. There is no token system for new patient and also for followups/ reviews which needs immediate attention as problem is identified through medical tests. KMC reception team are still dealing with cash and no card facilities and they are ready to fight with you and defend themselves for illogical points. I will never recommend KMC to anyone. It would be better if you visit that doctor's private clinic.

Very bad and underrated hospital. No care of patient and nursing staff is very rudely and unresponsive. Nursing staff don't know how to treat with patients and patients attendant. Uneducated unresponsive unawareness nurse staff. They don't know how to behave how to talk with patients. All r moneymaker Even charged so much amount and not giving any responsive treatment. I suggest u plz plz don't go to in this hospital.

I am sharing this feedback on behalf of medical expenses. Because it is charging more than your expectation. Whatever you expect expenditures amount of your medical treatment in a such kind of hospital than they charge almost double of your expectation. After this nobody will be available there for giving justification. This is a worst scenerio.

A hospital with no proper aid...ICU is a total mess...where the basic aim of doctor should be to attend the patient and treat him with care at that moment the doctor remains out of town .....worst trained Doctors...Mr.Roy and the Dr who deals with chest A.K.Verma he doesn't knows ABC...Money Makers..LIFE TAKERS Don't ever take ur loved ones🙏 Dr.A.K Verma even was the one to whom when I asked about my patient's health he said-Today I have not been referred,when the mgt.will ask me then I will examine your patient, so I can't see the patient...such a *****

Worst staff behaviour.. They dont take patient seriously They refused to admit our patient even when the beds are there.. The duty doctor and receptionist are not even writing that they are not admiting on refer letter by CMO

I wish i could give them less then 1 star. Reason behind the nursing staff shortage for general and private ward. They are contructing new big buildings but almost forgot to manage small facilities even their general ward patients. Also, their nursing staff and sweepers behaves rudely in pressure with patients and their relatives due to chaos in ward and other stuff. I have been observed multiple time and complain the doctors for the incidents. However, doctors staff are very polite and caring with their patients but other staff are not same with general ward in compare to semi-private or private ward. Pathology and Radiology department are situated in very small and tight room even patients has to wait for hours for sample. Also, there are some improvement which i also shared with them in the form of feedback form. Please try to focus on staff management also not only in contructing big or huge buildings or facilities.

Treatment and procedures are not good. nurses behaviour very rude. Specially 4th floor. Overall experience was very bad. Reception lady don't have manners how to talk with others.

Review for Dr. Devendra Agrawal @ KMC Visited for my 4 year daughter. Dr. Devendra Clinic - Feedback Arrogant and Rude and didn’t let us speak. Overall wxperience was very Poor, Felt like being cheated by a Thief, Rude and doesnt give bill to avoid taxes. Never go to his clinic and not by any mistake in KMC (Kanpur Medical Clinic) as they are partner in crime. Dr. Has partnered with KMC and suggest his patients to go to KMC and make them fool there. Of you love your family, please avo Charged 5000 for piercing, 2000 for aneshthic and 1500 OT charges. Bill copies attached for your reference.

This hospital is not at all recommended, extremely pathetic treatment, with desire to extract money from you in any given time.. pls be aware and try out better hospitals and treatment procedure.. I repeat the hospital is pathetic.

Overall Satified with support and treatment. Hospital is Clean as well with proper attention and care. Area of Improvement: Discharge process take very high time and needs Improvement for overall experience.

Each and every thing is taken very seriously, super friendly staff , patient was very comfortable, doctors are reachable, facilities are really nice , emergency services are fast and effective. My mother is feeling great ❤️ thanks to their doctors and staff members 🙏🙏

Doctors are good , especially gaurav chawla.his supervision is fantastic.response are good except some delays by nursing staff.although some staff are cooperative and bears good behaviour eg sister annu and sister menakshi and sister veerangana.

My father was treated in Kanpur Medical Center Hospital, based in Kanpur, he had a problem with liver, admitted for four days, now his health has improved a lot, thanks a lot to all the hospital workers on behalf of my family that they treated correctly which improved their liveslives .

It is charged 10 k rs extra for me with health insurance policyFirst day i admitted in general ward then next day reception said that shift to delexe room with no extra charge it will provided by your insurance policy.but the time of discharge i charged by 9671 rs extra fore.i5 is horrible experience.i give it bad 4atong

Worst place....i admitted my patience at 12:00 clock and after one hour they tell me that doctor will not available for 2 days...and in one hour there is no treatment for emergency patients ... pathetic

This hospital is so worst....I think this is not able for one star also..we lost our gem brother.plzz no body should go here..this is very expensive and corrupted hospital..nothing is good here ..only they r making foolish.

Hospital is good , facilities are good , doctor's are good ,but staff is a big let down.They are so lazy or dont want to work for xyz reason.. Literally didnt expect from top 5 hospital in kanpur.

Really worst hospital manangment. I visited on 10/12/2021 for some tests they make me run to 4 counters for billing of those tests. Then on 11/12/2021 i called on their for appointment (for appointment patient can call between 8:30 AM to 9:00 AM only) phone number (after more than 100 calls) i got dr. Appointment. Means for OPD patients it more tough to take doctors appointment than curing their sickness!

Very pathetic service in Dermatology department and child care (after Dr. C. Luthra madam). They are charging a huge amount of Rs. 600 ( quite high for a lower middle class), And in the name of diagnosis talk, the doctors have not even 60 sec time ? and enquiring about more, the doctor, Mr. Kapoor, was rudely and irresponsibly saying "Time pass mat karo niklo yaha se. " No one is there to listen to you. I personally suggest to Dr. H.S. Chawala to intervene into these type of matter positively otherwise, the such old prestigious name of KMC will go in waste.

Very nice system and processes. Dr. Rashmi Suri, Dr. C.S. Gandhi, Dr. Chandrayi luthra and Dr. H. S. Chawla are very subtle, cooperative and feels like really comforting consulting them. The hospital offers great bed options, very clean premises even the old building is clean, good food, ventilated. Maternity services are great.
