Worst service, no experienced staff they are priorities only money, if you ask some relevant question to doctor, immediately irritate and she gives no option even in main process and decided the date by her convenience only. Also i have planned for donor after first failure and discussed amount with her husband, he suddenly increased amount by 40000/- in a week so, not continued the treatment after his behaviour. Final conclusion is this hospital is only focused on money and advertising, don't suggest to any one and go to the more options available in the city.

I would like to start my review with thanking Dr Monica Sachdev and Dr Rit Shukla from bottom of my heart , you guys were god sent . I am UK resident but i decided to start my ivf journey in India cus i thought my ivf journey would be lil easy with emotional support of family, i first flew to mumbai to the no 1 ivf hospital, there i got initial success but lost my pregnancy after 5 week or so , i was in kanpur and very disheartened when i lost my pregnancy, people suggested me to go for second opinion to madhuraj hospital in kanpur, but with God guiding my heart i walked into Pravi IVF & Fertility Centre in swaroop nagar and met Dr Monica Sachdev for first time, since then she was my guiding star in my ivf journey, with all the care,guidence , attention and support i got from Pravi , now i am blessed mother of 8months+ twin daughters, their smile sends me over the moon., I would also like to mention names of staff members Nurse Laxmi , Ranu Singh ,Atul and Aya didi who made me feel at ease during my journey of ivf's ups n downs.
