I booked for 9-10 AM slot for paid Covishield 2nd dose @ Rs.780/-. But I got vaccinated at 10.40. All staff was just busy in their mobile and kept saying 'wait for some more time'. Fully non co-operative staff.

Dr. Manisha Agarwal is one of the Best and most understanding and care taking doctor. Her advise has been always to the point. She listens to the concerns of the patient and share the appropriate advise. I am very much thankful to the doctor during complete process. Polite staff ... Management is also good... Only thing that bugged me was washroom hygiene... And drinking water facility was pathetic. It was just a tap with washbasin out side the general ward washroom ...plz install a water purifier cooler .. thank u. Last year I was tried to be scammed by lady head doctor Mrs. Agarwal. She provided me forged report stating me and my wife are HIV positive & wanted me to go for some highly expensive tests. I got alerted within time and visited Haillet to conduct tests for both. We got to know reports were fake and we are safe.. I lost my faith with this doctor. She should be put behind the bars. I had an opportunity to visit the hospital.Its located on the main road of that area so approach is quite easy.Hospital ,it's infrastructure & interior are very impressive considering the area in which it's situated.It looks like it's regularly updated & maintained as per need & requirements with a aim of improving quality of patient care. Cleanliness was quite obvious. One thing which impressed most was their high tech & professional team of paramedic & support staff. Their commitment & focus on patient care was superb. Director apart from being a very good clinician & orthopaedic surgeon is very good academician & an excellent team leader, never the less a humble human being also. Although he has a very good name & fame, he deserves much more. Wish him new heights in life.

There are very smart digital equipment available to take care the emergency and outside pateint check up for getting healthy on faster pace. I must suggest to see the doctor Agarwal once if you nearby to Barra location just sideways to bhauti highway. Not good experience at all. Treatment is good bt force patient to stay overnight unnecessarily. Billing system is too slow. It takes more than 5hrs for billing. They sent wrong email I'd for insurance approval, nd moreover didn't accepted their mistake. They must improve their services

I am very disappointed with their looted system. They always tried to make money and charged you unnecessarily. Every after 6 days they charge you 300rs to 400rs even if you have plaster. The service of AK Agrwal. No experienced staffs. AK Agrwal gives u a smile that everything is going good but not. Once I asked him during the correction of foot that toe is damaging in correction he replied I am correcting foot only. It doesn't matter what happening about the toe. Means he makes corrections the one part to damage another part. This is the service! And he will never tell you I will correct this, he says I am doing my work, let's see what is happening next. He also take the cases which he doesn't understand to make money. So never visit Satya.
