My initial visit was awesome. Everyone was super friendly and answered all my questions.They are very professional and aren't trying to make you buy anything you need.

Well I like their facility and behavior, the employes were too good and talking to me very casually . And the spectacle I bought today is also good, so in my opinion this is the best titan store I ever visited.

My titan spect,bought few months back got damaged two days before..tried getting it repaired from nearby opticals...each one of them said they will charge 50 rupees and frame may get damaged while repairing..then I went to Titan eye+ kidwai nagar...They repaired my spectacle free of cost..and in ten minutes..lovely service..too good product..Helpful staff
