Karachi khana service centre is good. Sweet receptionist and her behavior..My new samsung phone had lost touch they said that no part is available,still they gently kept my phone and said that if in between 12 days either your display would change or you would got your refund back,after 10 days they replaced the display of my phone..Fully satisfied...

This Samsung service center is best comparing to other Samsung service center in Kanpur. Treated well to customer, well behaviour of staff and resolve problems as soon as possible. My mobile have fingerprint sensor issue. They diagnosed it and resolve the problem with in half an hour.

Staff does not answer the call at all You will get tired by calling again and again

Very rude staff. They steal your phone parts. They don't submit your phone even if it is in warranty period. If your ask them the reason.. they start threatening you. Hygienic condition is very bad. Very dirty place. Samsung... you need to review your service centres.

Very bad behavior by women employees.

In the name of Samsung, they trying best to offer you best, but make sure when you go inside, your brain works as fast as they deal 😏...

3rd class service and staff Dont have experience if some minor fault in mobile than saying that mother board will change and cost is 7860 Rs . They are cheating customer I hv got repaired my phone just in 250 Rs from a small shop in Sagar Market.

Engineers over here are really helpful and they don't charge you unnecessary. Personally I felt very happy after seeing there customer service.. Thumbs-up

Very well mannered staff. And got my cell repaired before time.

I was impressed 6 months back when they fix my super amoled screen panel under warranty, but after 2 months it was just cracked with a pressure(the mobile did not fell it was just pressed against while moving a furniture). After months when I went back they said the warranty is void and refused to checkup for fix. Dont waste your time here. pathetic and poor

Worst service experience They keep telling customer to come next day and on next day they will say to come day after tomorrow They even misguide you
