I've just visited here to get a new pair of glasses and when i asked some questions about the quality and difference between the quality and price of their product as compare to the product in other market. The staff member actually taunted me about the less expensive stuff of outside market, instead of explaining me their product qualities. This comes to me as a disappointment as i didn't expected it from lenskart. Their staff is disrespectful and the incident is disgraceful.

Very Rude staff. Better to visit Z-Square Mall as they have very friendly staff and better collection as well. I visited this store twice but had to go to Z-Square to purchase my frames both the times as the staff here is not at all interested in customers and also they refused to give me free eye checkup even though I had Gold Membership.

staff attitude is just like old govt employees, not attentive, rude behaviour. indeed they don't bother for customer or sale of their products. never seen such a staff in any pvt.store. i dont think this counter having good sale number bcos of non attentive staff. no one to help to choose frame, for testing rudly said it will take more than a hour..... request to lenskart management to look into store guys as i got much disappointed and returned

Excellent store and collection i have made hexagon style frame it is really awesome and the store manager was very helpfull to make me a good pair of specs. I just love it. Keep up the good work lenskart

Bahut badhiya.... I'm 100% satisfied with lenskart and the store also. The technology for eye testing which lenskart is using is really great. I don't think that in kanpur people should go to doctors just for the eyetest, if your concern is only and only for eyetest and purchasing the eye glasses, lenskart is the best option. In fact during the eye test, if the lenskart official will feel that there is any medical issue in your eye, they will definitely ask you to see a doctor, or if there will be no issue, you can proceed and select the eye lenses. They never force to purchase the lenses from them only but the quality which they provide is the best quality for sure. Go and get a good eye test.

Pathetic experience. Online is better. Person at shop don't have enough knowledge of how to tackle customers. Highly disappointed by the customer service. Kindly work on treating customers well else you will keep losing customers.

It had been a very bad experience at the store, the customer representative / owner, doesn't know how to talk to the customer and handle them. It's better to visit the store at Z square which is far way better than this.

It was my first experience of having a eyewear , the service was excellent . Staff was really supportive and made my first experience as good as it could be . Special thanks to ayesha ,she was really enthusiastic .

Really very disappointed. I am old customer of lenskart, previous experience was good but my latest purchase is pathatic. I can not see from my right eye lence and store assistant telling me that it will take time to adjust. Even I can see everything from my old glasses. When she was checking my glasses, she knew that there is some problem with right lence, and then she gone out side, talk to store keepers and came back, telling me lence is perfect it will take time to adopt. They think customer is fool.

Recently i visited the lenskart civil lines store and it was almost closed and only Mr. Rajesh was available at the store but still they did my work and he did a great job

It had been a very bad experience at the store, the customer representative / owner, doesn't know how to talk to the customer and handle them. I went for eye check up after booking appointment online but when I reached and asked for same as I already purchased my specs online the store guy told me it will take 3 hours as already customers in store but truth is their were only 5 customer and 3 attendent and 2 testing station that were empty but he denied service and told me that he don't have any information for appointment and he can't do before 3 hours when I asked him again. My simple question to LENSKART why you are taking online appointment when your store executive are so rude and misbehaving with customers and wasting time of people you can check these reviews and take actions and if not please close the store.

I think we were the first customer of 2020. Customer service was very good. Mr. Haris spend lot of time for us helping in selecting frames, verifying eye power, and applying offers. One suggestion: offers and price range of specs can be displayed in each section.

I made complaint 4 week ago about mobile number of lenskart kanpur ,given with this page, but till today it was not solved.... I think lenskart is much comfortable with wrong number....None can contact with them...Sale invoice given by them is also confusing ..You can see mobile number but it will mislead you...What a super facility ..
