Very friendly staff. We specifically interacted with Sagar, Ambika and Ashish and they were super helpful throughout the whole purchase process. A very transparent process to ensure that I get an authentic and certified product. Being a trustworthy brand they did have me the accurate price of decade old Tanishq jewelry that I wanted to exchange. The only improvement area is that during one visit the electricity in the store was not consistent and only on that day it was uncomfortable.

I am unhappy with there service , as per promise given by Sitaram Yadav, they melt our old gold and now discount on making charges is also reduced by them, i want to cancel my order but not ready to refund my amount, be alert with this way of sale strategy
