I am an old customer of Kalyan Jewellers and we do most of our jwellery purchasing from here only but on 28th May I had worst experience from Kalyan Jewellers. There is sales person named Himanshu in your Birhana Road, Kanpur Shop. His behaviour totally disappointed us and it totally changed view. I appreciate other staff members they do very great job but this guy he has no manner how to talk and treat with customers. Good luck Kalyan with such employee.

Customer service management can be improved. We waited for approx 30 mins to get attended by any of the sales representative. We went there to purchase earing nd necklace for my wife. Nobody even came to ask for water. when we asked for water one random impolite guy came and put 4 bottles in front of me.

Naam bade aur darshan chotte...when you buy something there are lots of promises and guarantees....but if you want to sell what you actually bought from them they deduct lots of money,it seems thei themselves do not rely on the quality of what they sell. On the other hand,next to it lies Kays jwellers, where in time of need I sold something what I had bought from kays itself and they gave me 100% amount back proving they know what they are selling

The staff was extremely helpful. Took my mom on her birthday to buy the jewellery. Staff helped a lot and showed a lots of options patiently. After the purchase, they even celebrated her birthday with a cake. Would definitely visit again!!

Very bad experience. I mean the staff is soo unproffesional. They do not know how to serve customer satisfaction. 1. They don't have proper sittings. They are just passing broken plastic stools here and there. 2. They just cope over the customer saying whyyy whyyy whyyy you are not buying this item....why you are buying this.....(i mean...yrrr mera man mai jo lu ya na lu).. Nistha sharma and saumya jaiswal are very very unproffesional and rude. 3. They do not explained about the paidinsurance of the jwellery and at the end they handed me over the bill of insurance. Guys you are selling the jwellery not insurance. 4. Billing takes around 60-90 minutes. I mean its my blunder to try kalyan. I will never recommend anyone to go kalyan for shopping .

I am very glad that I purchased engagement ring and wedding jewellery from kalyan and the manager (Vijay Singh) is outstanding personality.He actually gave me right suggestions about engagement ring and had broken the myth of gold jewellery from top brands like kalyan ,Tanishq etc .We were under impression that these top jewellers give same purity as our local jewellers do but their making charges are so high that a common man can’t afford. He had given all the details with transparency like about hallmark and purity percentage calculation. It started from hajaratganj shop where I planned to purchase only engagement ring then things turned around I got so impressed that I had purchased entire wedding jewellery from kalyan.

I couldn't buy anything because their design was not good so I went to another jwellers

I bought a payal for wedding gift, but later I realized to too heavy to wear. Next day I went for exchange and they said they will either deduct 1700 rs or some grams of chandi which is of equal value. While selling they do lot of promises that 100% return and all. But they are not ready to exchange their own product just next day. The billing staff (cashiers or owners) is very rude and doesn't show any interest in the customers. Learn some eticates. Tanishq is much better, they exchange my Dimond ring after 1 week also without asking any questions. They know there product very well unlike kalyan jewelleries who doesn't trust on what they are selling. Super bad experience.

Gold price is fair enough but making charges are too high. Lift is not there that is the worst Part I feel. Very difficult for old age people to walk till 2nd floor.
