My insurance policy was of 5 lacs, with 50k capping for Maternity procedure. My wife was asked to admit here for Loose motion and vomits during 7th month and we have been coming here since her pregnancy. Loose motion and stomach infection should not come under Maternity procedure and billed under maternity procedure. I had Insurance limit of 50 thousand for Maternity that was supposed to be used after 2 months during delivery by your own hospital only no where else . But you tried to authorise 38500 for 1 only day admission but bill was only for 4000Room and meds and 2100 for covid test which came negative which I already paid rest I had to claim also that I had paid earlier. 1 Day of hospitalisation and covid tests bill was made for 6600. Then your hospital staff fails to explain for what are they trying to authorize 38500 for that too from Maternity procedure in policy ? Why cant they bill so big amount for one day in Normal procedure ? If you consume all money in Maternity limit then ultimately I have to pay from my pocket during my wife’s delivery. Please conduct fair billing practices and answer queries to your patients for billing aswell. Patient ki fikr to sabko hota hi hai but aapne galat bill bnae. Ek din gulucose chadhaya , loosemotion ki dawai ka fir 38500 kaise ? Wo bhi no Maternity procedure?
