I think Regency Hospital is not one of the finest but is the finest hospital you will find in kanpur. Best team of doctors with super specialisation in their respective fields and very polite staff. It's bit expensive as it is a private hospital but every doctor is best in their fields, few doctor may be money making like Dr. Kackar prescribes only expensive meds. But there are amazing doctor like Dr. Ajmal Hassan who not only prescribes pocket friendly meds but also really polite and you will be fine in no time. Overall experience is good. Faculties and faculty all are good.

Neutral Review: Good for patients, pathetic for attendants. Pros: 1. One of the best Hospitals in Kanpur. 2. Almost all Treatments under one roof. 3. Better use of technology. Cons: 1. High workload so don't expect special attention. Rude behaviour of staff. 2. No arrangements for attendants of patients. They don't let the attendants sit in their premises. You need to be ready to sit/ sleep at road in night. 3. No clear communication. 4. Govt public places toilets are better than this hospital toilets. 5. Fees is higher than doctors fee at their clinics.

Guys requested with folded hands do not visit this hospital if you love your loved ones and do not want to waste your hard earned money, my experience was very Bad . treatment is very Bad .staff and doctors are not supportive.this was my first experience with Regency and I can say last also. Regency hospital looks good only from outside. If you are seriously ill then you should avoid this hospital. My father(52 yrs) was admitted in this hospital, when he was shifted to ICU, doctors told nothing about his condition to us, they said , he will be well in 8-10 days, but his condition only deteriorated day by day. They did many surgeries on him one after another, but no improvement was seen. His body was fighting between life and death, while lying on a ventilator. And at last when he died, it was a grave experience to all the family members. I felt very strange as i never expected this to happen even in the worst conditions. I wanted to meet him for a last time, but this wish will always be a wish for me.

Worst hospital ever. No sympathy with patient and family. Just to make money they admit patient for the long time. Nothing being informed to family member if patient in icu. Their ICU is like jail where you have to go with too much permissions and only when they need money. 1-2 lakh bill per day, even if your patient is dying they will not allow to meet. Very bad staff. Doctors also hide everything to patient family, they will only tell when they ruin patient condition. Nothing is good about this hospital. If you have lots of money to do waste and don’t care about patient then go. They are just cheaters and money making organisation.

👎 Doctors are not disciplined. Never on time. 👎 Illiterate staff and attendants. They were shouting and talking nonsense. One attendant was holding chapati and eating it while attending patients. 👎 Feels like a government hospital where you have to wait for 4-5 hours to meet doctor. I am very sure they take bribes(extra money) to get you to the doctor easily otherwise they will make you wait even if you reach the hospital in the morning. 👎 No proper seating facility. Crowded like a fish market. 👎 No RO(clean water) to drink.

I took my first dose of chemo at Regency Tower 2. Excellent experience. Everything was handled smoothly and professionally. The whole process was complete in about 3 hours. Special appreciation for Dr. Vikas Talreja who is undoubtedly the best oncologist in Kanpur and sister Nidhi Mishra who attended me and is one of the best sisters in the chemo day care, very nice and helpful.

Those who stay in Kanpur they very well understand that Regency is a a premium and costly hospital. I had very small interaction with this brand last week. Dividing my observations in two parts below 1) The cleanliness of Hospital is very impressive. 2) Staff is trained to do their job and understand the nitty gritty. 3) Doctor took extended care of our patient. 4) All the facilities were working. Cons 1) It's way too costly.

There are flies and mosquitoes in ground floor waiting area ( magnifying photos will explain). Also single toilet on ground floor with footfall in hundred is soiled all day and smells badly. Very poor of services.

I am visiting regency from last 2 years as my grandmother treatment is undergoing from dr.ajmal Hasan ... one of the best dr.i ever met...but today literally got disappointed because of OPD RECEPTIONIST RUDE AND ARROGANT BEHAVIOUR ...as she is older then me so I called her aunty with respect I don't think aunty become a abusive word.....she did the formalities of Dr.appointment after giving me the bill she is telling me I m not your ristedar or padosi and all are you educated or not this is not the manners...etc.etc. I said i call you aunty with my respect and I literally don't want to hurt you but she is such a arogant lady ...I said sorry to her and leave...my father said to leave but I think it's important to tell you because I didn't think this is the way they behave ..... This is literally my first bad experience with regency !!!!!

They doesn't care about patients.i called them yesterday and they told me Dr will be available from 10:00 to 4Pm Monday to Friday but i am sitting here from 9:00am currently its 12:00am and there is no sign of doctors and see rhe crowd in photos the lobby is full

I had my grandfather admitted in Regency Tower 1(deluxe room). The services provided are simply fabulous. Not a single complaint from my side. The food is amazing, staff is very courteous, docs are humble and everything is managed more than perfectly well. The BEST Hospital in Kanpur for a reason.

Doctor was abhinit gupta deserve 5 rating but regency lab (ecg ..eco and tmt lab ) desvere 1 rating ....they was not changing bed sheet and cover jb covid time mei itne unhygienic hai toh vaise kitne honge.... behaviour was rude of lab staff...

The whole staff is very nice especially Sister Himanshi and Priyanka, they behaved very well and helped a lot. And last but not the least Dr. Puneet Puri ji is very kind hearted and is the form of God for me.

Pathetic/inexperienced nursing staff ever, they will neither show the pathological/ examination reports nor doctors advice written on daily basis in file, in addition to this they will treat attendent as illiterate.( Nursing staff needs training at least about injecting medicine into a vein) Although Doctors are very experienced, humble & helpful to patients & family. Had a good experience with knowledgeable doctors today they will discharge my father..

Never Recommend this hospital. Poor management, slowest working mode, Reception will always take money first and will admit u and without even space. Pls dont go there. Better to go with KMC or any other better one.

Nursing staff Arti and nidhi well cooperate to the patient and best work in all over nursing staff. Their morale is very high and good experience on own occupa room. Dr Vikas Talreja (oncologist) and Dr jitin Yadav (oncologist surgion) best experience on his occupation best cooperation to the patient .The behave of both doctors with the patient is very nice.

I am suffering from dengue my bed no is 820 The staff here does not even talk to the patient properly, there is only one honest man, Wasim sir, who takes care of all the patients. Salute Wasim sir 🙏🙏🙏.And ARUN Bhaiya's behavior in the day staff was also satisfactory.

#livereview I don't understand why the doctors behave like almighty. They don't even consider that sometimes patient's time is also important. I am having worst OPD experience. I came for checkup due to some orthopaedic problem. But the doctor is absent from his room. I enuired and knew that doctor was present in hospital but absent from his cabin.. though there are only 2-3 patients for orthopaedic consultation this time , still I am waiting for the doctor for past 2:30 hours. When I am asking staff about doctor, then they are misbehaving.

Thx regency soniya ji Akansha ji are cooperative help ful nature . Service are best Discharge process Very good But OPD process is very bad. There is no fix time for Dr. Abhimanyu Kapoor but other doctors are available in OPD on time. Government OPD is better than regency OPD.

Suicide by treatment through Regency hospital ?? My mother admitted by Dr Abhimanyu Kapoor after gallbladder cancer to improve the life quality, they treated for money and deteriote the health and maximize bill. Now she is in unstable condition. Rude behaviour of doctors like Dr.Shikha in treatment, no clear diagnosis of treatment failure, they are not ready to share patient treatment history also.

I had taken my father to this hospital for treatment of galblader stone. He was treated by Dr Puneet Puri. I am very much satisfied with approach and advise. Billing staff, reception and the nursing staff also very cooperative.

One star cut. Due to slow management procedure here. You have to wait 6 to 7 hours during admission procedure. You have to wait for eternity to take the reports here. Nursing staff is good. Doctors are very humble.

One thing is very disappointing Billing team they always misguided to patients attendant ate always misbehaving with most of the people. Regency adminstration should look into the matter of behaviour of doctors. If someone is from rural area you cannot speak inhuman behaviour. They are paying you. Doctors should learn dignity and morality.
