He will make money not do anything my dadi are in the i.c.u. he say is in good condition but after successful make money he say they no more.......

Worst hospital, they claim to be the top hospital in Kanpur, however, they do not have any standard. The rooms and washrooms are dirty and smelly. Cockroaches and mosquitos can be seen easily. Baby delivered on Saturday and then they discharged the baby on Tuesday after keeping it in NICU for 3 days. Baby's health was not good while discharging, and they are not taking any responsibility. Very unprofessional behaviour.

Very bad hospital. If u hv any problem in body don't go there. Toilet was so unhygienic. They will charge extra and give u extra medicine. Staff are also not good. They give u a small bed for this they charged 4000 per day. This is not a hospital this is money making house from people.

Comments for hospitals 1. Staffing nurse doesn't tell proper update to the atandent. 2. Management dosenot consult to attendent and they are taking thier own decision. e.g patients dosenot required HDU facilities but still they shifted patients emergency to HDU or ICU. 3. There is no fix time table for doctors visit. E.g Staff nurse doesn't inform to attendent if doctors have been visited as attendent I am keep waiting 🤔 4. Cleaning is good. 5. Very less seats in waiting area. 6. If the patient is in HDU Or ICU it's very difficult to manage for attendents 7. There is no proper help desk counter. Comments for patients 1. Before admitting your patients just make sure that who will be attendant in hospital arrange such person Otherwise they will it lead crowd in hospital.

The nursing staff is very rude and instead of motivating the patients, they say before them that they are very in very critical condition. They say for the 60 + patients that- "They are so much old that they will die. " Doctors are also not able to handle the case of senior citizens. It is money hatching hospital. They put on the patients over venilator even after their death just for making money.

Highly expensive and they don't even have there own doctor's who can look after patients whenever required they have consulted doctors from another clinic and they only visited hospital in the morning and and in the evening. These people don't understand that an emergency ward require a doctor which should be available all the time for Patient. Better to look after some hospital where doctor should available all the time. I lost my father because of there negligence.

Here we don't have option to select minus rating otherwise I do the same. first time doctor will meet you very politely after that doctor start lutting you and become rude gradually. so i will request all the visitors who want to visit this hospital please don't visit and save your patient and money.

The worst hospital in city! Discharge process takes hours just to increase their billings for the day! The patient herself had been waiting besides counter to get the discharge and security does not allow them to leave inspite of their caretakers being there. Way of talking!! Sone Junglee illiterates have been hired to run the hospital. Just one good thing to highlight Doctor herself was good but not helpful at all during these hospital procedures instead of being the owner!!

Generally most of the doctor's are on call basis. Always crowded. Management is very polite. Bills are questionable , so one should keep proper track

Madhuraj hospital had very inexperienced nursing staff, not having even knowledge of 100 ml NS or 1000 ml NS. Service provided is below average. Reception cannot even explain for which service they are charging money. Madhuraj hospital is looting money from hapless patients. Overall no value for money.

Someone said it's a 5 star hospital.. But really.. the experience I had here was -5 star.. Not at all hygienic. Toilets are Unclean, there was no soap or soap solution in the washrooms.. Upon asking the employee filled soap solution mixed with 50% of water... There is no foot mat outside of any washroom. Management is too bad. They admitted a patient even there was no bed available. They were treating him on my attendants bed which is like a sleeper class seat of Indian railway. I understand it's compassion but not at the cost of Someone else's discomfort on regular basis. Security and cleaning staff is very insensitive. They do clean floor 3 times but everytime they come like storm in every Pvt cabins and just disturbs the patient.. Privacy is a myth here. 80% of the nurses whom I delt with were very rude and were just lacking emotional connect with the patient.. Injections were given just like given to any animal. And felt like those who are good are harassed or bullied. Food provided was good, but I have no idea about the cleanliness in kitchen. Bedsheets were changed daily but 30% of times dirty bed sheets were given for use. Doctor was ok he came twice a day and did ok ok job.

The nursing staff is good, dietician and doctors are great. But the toilets are very unhygienic. Toilets are very less compared to patients and visitors. The cleaning staff not working properly. Bit expensive but nursing staff was very good that's why giving 3 stars.

Worst experience during recent admission of my father. Only focus on billing, no proper treatment, inexperience doctor who use to do only experiment. IN 10 days, they billed 80,000 Rs for oxygen. Never ever recommend to go for Madhuraj hospital. Fake medical bills have been charged. No revert on that.

Madhuraj hospitals has been the hospital of choice for my family. Dr. Madhu Loomba and Dr. Akanksha Loomba are one of the best gynaecologist to handle any complex case. The expertise of stellar doctors at Madhuraj spans different domains of medicines. The hospital has an exceptionally well trained nursing staff that stays vigilant round the clock. The staff is very cordial and helpful. In Kanpur, this is the only hospital that I can recommend without hesitation.

Pathetic hospital with irresponsible doctors and ill mannered staff & worst services. The hospital's ICU is so uncouth that my 89 years old grand father, discharged with 3 bedsoles, scaly skin, fungal infection in his groin areas, ulcers in his mouth, malnourished and starved condition. The service was fine but the food quality served to the patients should be improved and hot foods shouldn't be served in plastic rather they can use the new sugarcane based plates for serving food.

After 2 miss carriage this was third time where Dr Gauri Taneja came as God to our life and under her treatment my wife gave birth to a healthy daughter. And we have kept our daughter name #Gauri for home & #Shambhavi as official. Once again thank you to Dr Gauri Taneja mam. We are also thankful to Madhuraj staff. So helpful and professional. Thrice a day room was cleaned. Twice a day everything was inspected. Nurses and other staff were so supportive and helpful that they were always there on one call 24*7. Certain medical treatment of mother & child was taken care by them on time without fail. Bill clearance is so hassle free as if nothing and all done on time. Once again thank you to all of them. We are leaving Madhuraj with big smiles.

Where it tells about its hygiene factor, it is totally wrong, very congested, deep smelly, untrained staff working only for money.They take charge in the name of dietician but give spoiled food.... If there is a medical policy, for there own earning unnecessary bills charged with us..

My Grandfather was admitted for over a week in the ICU. The treatment of the patient was fine. But, the patient was kept in a pathetic and filthy condition. There was no cleaning and sanitization facility for patients. They didn't clean and sponged my patient for the entire time due to which he incurred multiple skin and oral problems.

I got Excellent experience and hospitality in this hospital 🥰 All the staff members were very cooperative and helpful specially the nurses who were taking care day and night of my baby and me. cleaning staff is very careless named (geeta devi) she always her right to pickup the dusting,chilamchi,toilet pot by the same dirty hand she opens the door handle and make it infected nursing staff named ( soni) at 3rd floor semi pvt ward 402 is very misbehaved and lack of ascepsis rules .....

My wife was admitted for 7 days in Madhuraj hospital. The hospital is very patient friendly in all types high class hygein maintained. Staff is very coprative and supportive they treated patient like family member . Dr. Akansha mam, Dr Madhu Mam, Nivedita mam are very soft spoken and caring they reduced half problem only by talking very politely. All good rooms are very nice. Everything is perfect. Special thanks to Marry checchy and mercy mam.

I am continuously coming from last 6-7 months to hospital for my wife's treatment at hospital and finally after a suggested time with the great support of Dr. Madhu Loomba & Akansha Loomba I got a son by grace of god. After delivery there was few complecations with my son but that was also recovered timely by experienced Dr. Sunil Taneja Ji.. Hospital's staff was well managed by management and also part of appreciation for their duties. Good experience with Madhuraj Hospital. I hope hospital keep serving people like this in future.

Plus points- Doctors are good. Facilities are ok. Hospital did a good job here. Minus points- Security staff is rude. Being strict is good but communication should be done politely and not rudely especially when the people you are talking to are feeling immense stress/sadness/helplessness/frustration/pain, etc. Emergency staff and doctors on duty are even more rude. If you have reference and are bent on admitting a patient you will be treated well. Else the attitude you will face is very bad.
