Worst Vaccination centre. Would recommend you to not come here for vaccination. They donot follow the slot booking system of COWIN it is first come first serve. There recepetion is jam packed with patients and the ppl who has come for vaccination. There is no fan and no air conditioner as well. You will be soaked in sweat and no social distancing is being maintained.

Services are very poor. If someone is going for annual health checkup. Please never go. The whole radiology staff is so annoying. No rules. And they have attached the reports of USG even I was not entered in the radiology room. Just only send the slip to the staff to call but I get my slip is attached with reports. And after two days when I try to collect the report over mail after calling around 15-30 times. They sent the wrong reports.

If you have insurance policy and you want to go for cashless, then this hospital is not the one, the TPA (insurance) department doesn't care about the patient or anyone they only have money in mind, how to extract more money from customer policy, I am waiting for last 24 hours with my 70 year old father as patient in hospital to discharge(even doctor approved discharge yesterday only) just because hospital has not yet send the bills to the insurance company. They deliberately delay it by sending bogus bills which makes you feel frustrated and make your experience even worst than government hospital.

One of my family members was to be operated. We admitted the patient, they pushed in the required medicines and we waited for them to take the patient to the OT. Then they came after 4 hours just to announce that the operation can't take place today, we know we have pushed in the medicine and haven't allowed the patient to have any food since morning but we can't help it ,you can come tomorrow for the same . Basically they were trying to keep the patient for longer just to extract more money from the family. Being such overpriced we never expected this service from such a professional hospital chain . Disappointed with the service and furious by such unprofessional behaviour we took our patient to another hospital where he was operated then and there with no delays and proper service.

Very pathetic hospital. After giving all the papers in advance, after lots of visit, after getting approval from insurance company they provided very pathetic service. I already for room n they told us they will do all arrangements for surgery day but when we came here they told they have no room n they told me that will provide you by 12 pm but till 6 pm they not provided any room. My patient is lying on dylasis ward after surgery. That too after getting all the amount from insurance team. If we ask with someone they are sending us to different different peoples that go n talk with them but noone is giving proper reply. If they don't have rooms they should inform us so that we can postpone the surgery. Will never recommend this hospital to anyone. N they are charging too much money.

One of the most disgusting and worst hospital in kanpur. Not at all worthy for the brand name. The staff would make you sit for hours and still you will not get even basic blood report test on time. Theu will make you pay first no matter what happens but when u ask them for assistance they simply make u wait for hours and after that beyond your reach they will not answer your phone call. Inexperience and poor management.

I went here for my vaccination and it was disappointing. There was no arrangement for people and on top of it AC was not working. It is worse than a govt hospital

Its just like normal govt hospital, Cleanliness is must all over the hospital, washrooms are so unhygienic, near the water cooler it was clearly mentioned that no tobacco, still there were tobacco spit under the basin of water cooler, Doctor don't show up on time, nurses and attenders were busy on mobile watching reels, Receptionist Amit was good with his work and cooprative.

We had gone for the Annual Health Checkup for our health insurance policy. The appointment was scheduled for 3rd Oct and we kept waiting for 30 mins but the staff at the reception was nonchalantly ignored. We came back without getting our tests done. I complained to my health insurance provider and they rescheduled it for 9th Oct. Today the experience was very good. The entire process was smooth and it took only 25 minutes in completing the process.

Apollo High management team should visit all their chain hospitals once in a while regularly, Apollo Kanpur Chunniganj is pathetic, normal clinic staffs are far better than this place, no sincerity, no professionalism, staff behaviour is so rude, they behave like they are some road side staff. So lame and realised they are, putting work on each other rather than do it themselves, roaming and laughing all around, no discipline, I will never visit Apollo Kanpur again.

Really This hospital is number one in cheating its customers.If you come here through a health insurance company and get your treatment done, they will make your bill double the normal amount. The bill will be so high that even the insurance company will not pay that much amount as claimed by hospital, and the customer will have to pay the rest of the money which is too much. Lootin

This hospital doesn't deserve even 1 rating. Hospital staff behaviour is very bad , impolite and highly unprofessional. They don't care/treat patient. They only want money and money. I doubt how Apollo can compromise with their name, and quality of medical standard and facilities. I advise never visit / suggest this hospital to anyone nor even to your enemy.

Service is good and highly recommended for others planning a surgery. AP singh, the surgeon is too polite and also the way that virendra prasad, fron office took me to was so easy and accessible very quickly and hassle free.

Visited today. The soft spoken Doctor Sri RPS Bhardwaj, Cardiologist and such a supportive hospital staff. Entered the hospital at 10:15 , got appointment with Doctor within 10 minutes. Great cooperation.

Staff support is excellent and very cooperative 24 Hour. Other facilities are good and improving day by day. Dr. Shikha Bhargava and Dr. Mayank Porwar are very careful and attentively listen to there patients and guide them properly.

Very poor front desk staff,it takes alot of time for just getting enrolled.Only single person is present for making files and if she leaves her post there is no one to replace her.It is so annoying to face such difficulty even after coming to such a big hospital.

What a bad management at Apollo Spectra. I had an appointment at 04:00 pm and reached a little early but staff informed that doctor is not picking the phone so please wait. Upon pestering, staff called the doctor again and infirmed me that doctor will come after 20 minutes. Staff sounds very unskilled and unprofessional. What a waste of time. Would not recommend it to others.

One of the worst Apollo i visited in pan India....Came here for health checkup for my mom none of the system were proper none of the doctor arrived on time from 8 in the morning till 2 Pm just waited for health checkup up to done .... 6-7 hr just waited for regular health checkup. If a regular health checkup take this much time no idea how they treat there patience.

Neutral experience for me. I booked for TATA AIA Term Insurance Health Checkup, Due to some conflicts between contract of MdIndia, Promiso and Apollo Spectra my test were kept on hold. Also they asked me where I’m willing to pay for ECG on my own. But later when i arranged the call with MdIndia they allowed me to go home without collecting any amount. Will see what will happen. UPDATE: At the end MdIndia has resolved the issue, I got call from Promiso as well stating that my samples are in queue for testing. But my MER was not performed at Apollo due to conflicts. MdIndia has arranged another Lab for that particular examination.

Although the prices are very high and the name of Apollo Is famous then to the service of this hospital is very bad. the doctors were very careless they take too much time and do not provide checkup immediately.this branch of Apollo is one of worst branches of Apollo in India . I recommend if you are searching for a hospital in kanpur make Apollo your last preference a better option is regency hospital.

A big bubble in the name of APOLLO... A good place for treatment in kanpur City... But not the facilities.. 👎👎 Doctors are very good.. Treatment is done very nicely.. staff is also nice and we'll trained.. BUT the facilities provided in the room are poor . In the name of APOLLO HOSPITAL it's the DIRTIEST hospital I have ever seen.. A Normal person can get sick by using the washroom because the condition of the washroom was as if it's public washroom.. Unbearable smell was all over there.. It was so bad that I had to buy my room freshners for the room and bathroom.. Toilet seat was so old that after complaining they cleaned it but still was looking dirty and unhygienic and has become so dirty with the leaking flush, water spilling all around the toilet seat🚽that even the patient thinks twice to use it.. Secondly AC of the room (ROOM NO 219) was not working at all.. after complaining an electrician came he opened the ac grill and there was thick layer of ice on it.. and the solution given by him was to off the AC on every half n hour or put it on fan mode your room will get quite cool.. ( AAP HAR ADHE GHANTE PE AC KO OFF KR DIJIYEGA AAPKA ROOM THANDA HOJAYEGA, YE AAP ISKO FAN MODE PE CHALAIYE) The condition become that my patient was sweating in night.. was unable to sleep cause of hot temperature.. Thirdly TV was not working.. I have complained it for 7 times asking the password but everyone was looking at eachother faces.. no password was given to use the tv.. Happy with the treatment but not the facilities provided..

Worst Experience in the hospital. Visited for my father vaccination following issues faced. 1. At the entry after asking for vaccination from guard received to go to some counter after going to that counter received from the staff go to reception and from reception again got a call go to guard and fill form for vaccination. What is the benefit of booking vaccination in the app. 2. For getting a bill for vaccination you need to make a phone call to hospital and request for bill in whatsapp or email. Living in 21st century, it seems like we are in 18th century. After making a call to the hospital, number is not responding the calls. Did not receive bill it yet. We can imagine if for vaccination a person is getting issues too much for normal people for health checkup donot know the reality. :( :(

I would have given negative ranking if possible. My cousin had been admitted to hospital at 9:00pm and Dr. visited him at 3:00pm next day(he has suffered paralyzed attack). The important time has been lost and nobody was caring. I personally told my cousin to go to Apollo rather than other hospitals because of brand name and good doctors list. But it’s all marketing.
