Worst Experince i have ever feel ..too bad Reception staff here,they don't have Manner how to speak with senior citizen,my grand pa was admitted their but..Reception staff iss was so worst ..they have no knowledge ..

My mother was admitted here for surgery , the surgery went well & she is doing well now. Dr Sharad Damele is a very nice doctor & dedicated towards his patients. Very bad service provide by North star hospital and very bad behaviour by staff ..no card swipe machine ..No one staff corporate I so much disappointed ..High value hospital but there are no card swipe machine it's like very poor service..owner are only look at money not look at patients very bad behaviour..all kanpur friend please do not admit in this type of worst hospital.

I request u not to admit ur beloved one. They only make money with ur complulsion. There is no any emergency facility...u will never find any experienced doctor during emergency ....and they will make money keeping ur patient in icu which is of no use........ Plzz never choose this hsptl specially when ur have a emergency case.... They are only making money whith this tag "emergency ".i again request ...never visit this hsptl.

Worst hospital and worst service they treating patients like animal ..heartless staff in icu ...they are only focusing on money .. medicine are highly costly..and they are not use all the medicines for patients in icu and return secretly in medical store...they are looting innocent people...don't go there ever

Worst experience in this hospital. Looters, no knowledge about any kind of disease, lazy staff in ICU. Only expensive medicines they use for treatment. If you have money to waste go there they will easily take your money.

Facilities are good however on terms of discharge process you need to expedite it. If you commit that you can do it today then you have to do it on same day otherwise for patients and families it gets very stressful

One of the best hospital in kanpur. Located on mall road, near by sagar market. You will get best treatment here. Doctors are very good and experienced. Staff behaviour is also very good and give proper guidance about the disease, care and all necessary information. Front office staff also very good friendly and helpful. If you have insaurance then it is also available. I will recommend this hospital to all. Who are in kanpur and want a good quality treatment. Safety and hygiene is so well here. And I can say it.
