I lost my father in this hospital during Covid time. Seems they are running this hospital without any good intention. Dr. Rajeev do not know even how to talk to patients and the family who are just concern about the patient. Words like “ I can not do any thing, if he survives ok else I can not do anything” is not expected from a logical doctor. If it is matter of just giving paracetamol, then we would not have brought the patient to hospital. Another biggest issue with this hospital is that they will not tell you the actual patient condition and bluff you until things go beyond their control. I see myself multiple people at reception shouting about the same issue and asking the actual condition about their patient. This hospital might be good only for very generic treatment like, cold, cough, regular fever. Beyond that it is just money making machine and even after taking your hard earn money also, they do not know how to treat your patient. We always believe that after God, doctors are the one, but seeing the doctors at this hospital, I have stopped believing this and all the Doctors do not deserve this respect. They actually care about just completing the 8-9 hours shift time in hospital and get the money. They even ask us to take the patient to other hospital to keep hospital record's clean.

Good and well mannered staff. Hospital is also neat and clean. Facilities of high tech medical machines. Emergency ward available (24×7) ECHS facility available Fully AC and clean general wards for patients

The Hospital services are good and the staff behaviour was also good and it's a well known hospital in kanpur for their treatment and services doctors here are also good and experienced. And it provides almost all the treatments and it's a multi speciality hospital with ICU, NICU and 24×7 ambulance service.

Ideally I wouldn’t give a single star just because hospital administration staff is incompetent. Don’t know about the doctors yet but yes administration is very poor. And if you question them they will give a register to write the complaint and close the same right on your face. I went for a blood exchange and just to let you know they offered me water as refreshments. Ideally that can help but if you ask them they will say management decision. Hospital is new i hope they will get better, although I didn’t had a good experience doesn’t mean everyone will have the same.

Itthe staffs are very rude. They don't have manners to talk to patients. They unnecessary forced us to keep our friend in ICU, but we didn't agreed the. On the same day they discharged her. The doctor didn't seemed to be a doctor at all. Nurses are mannerless.

Overall hospital was good but the way they are looting the people is so secret. My son was admitted and they included the even hand sanitizer 500gm and cotton etc with the medicine slip. Which I never seen and that was also not given me. I think 500gm hand sanitizer should be given to me Or utilised to by the members who is visiting there but that was disappeared and same way cotton role and many more disappeared.

I am thankful to the staff and doctors at the SPM Hospital for taking good care of my father who underwent a surgery. The staff, specially the ones at the private ward were extraordinarily caring. Thanks again.

For me, they have given me second life after my covid battle. I was admitted to their ICU on 6th May and got dircharge after complete recovery on 13th May. The staff and doctors are very good and hard working. They kept communicating with me as well as my attendant. No miscommunication of any kind and i was made to feel very comfortable throughout my treatment. Hospital is such a place that it will be either good or bad for any individual, depending on their case... But for me, they have been a blessing. Also their TPA and billing departments are very helpful. They helped in the entire processing of my health insurance claim.
