One of the worst hospitals in Kanpur. They have tied up with Narayan Pathology and had issued mismatched biopsy reports for my mother. On calling the hospital, they stepped back quietly from their responsibility and told us to check with lab directly very rudely. This directly means their treatment ecosystem is massively bad. What could be worse than incorrect lab reports ! On top of it, The staff, security treat patients and attendants very badly. They minced money from us for one week and discharged with incorrect diagnosis. We had to struggle for getting the reports as well. Please visit this hospital at your own risk. If you want to live longer, avoid and get yourself treated at some other facility which takes responsibility of their diagnosis.

Everything is good in medihelp. Dr Vikas sengar sir, much much respect to him, my dad is alive because he did his level best. He talks very politely. He is the best in gastro 🙏 Dr.Roshan is amazing person..❤️ Dr Raghav pandey (The surgeon) Wow he is.. he did surgery very well.🙏 Nursing staff (Uma, Rinka, Reeta, Rashmi, Sonam), they all are very humble. The billing executive Prashant is very nice person, he do his job in fast forward mode. The ward boys Rahul, Himanshu, Mohit, very good they are. They are very dedicated. The house keeping guys are really hardworking but yeah they expect some bucks when patient gets discharge, but thats not a problem.. Those who wrote bad words about medihelp hospital's staff, I just wanna say, if you can not give respect to others, you will not get respect from anybody.

Doctor is good, very experienced and treat the patients carefully. Also, very helpful. But poor management, takes a lot of time to see the doctor. Poor behaviour of reception person, talks rudely and transfers work from here and there. If you have a lot of time and any issue related to liver, then the doctor can treat you but you will definitely get of sick of the management.

Dr. Behavior is good.but Behaviour of staff so runined. I booked my appointment on 1:42 pm. But my trun become on after 4pm. Worst experience.

Doctor is best in their specific role but rest all is worst looks like machli market. Their is no fan supply in the reception section where we collect forms for OPD. No schedule for number for consultation to the doctor either you take appointment before or directly going to the hospital.Staff is like busy in their own work.When you ask them about your number for consultation they have only 1 reply that they don't know when your no will come. Worst hospital in case of appointment numbers or staff response.

Hospital is small but there are everything's is fully equipped. Dr. are polite &fully cooperative nature's. There must be a cafe for night staying attendants. Neat&clean. All staff are fully soft nature's. There's some communication gap between nurshing staff & medicines store.overall I totally satisfied with the performance of hospital.

Dr. Vikas is one of the best Gastro in Kanpur City but his whole management is one of the worst because they talk about only money but they don't know anything in hospital.Reception and billing counter they both transfer patients from billing counter to reception and viseversa ,they don't have any responsibility to guide patient.. I am only unsatisfied from here because of very poor and worst management. My suggestion to Dr Vikas is --pls take some corrective action otherwise because of illetracy of these peoples ur rating goes down...🙏🙏

Seriously, I must say this is one of the worst hospital in Kanpur. We had a really very very bad experience in this hospital. God forbid anyone else has to see this. They don’t tell you the hidden charges which they unveil at the time of discharge of the patient. Same had happened to us. No one will give you proper information, there is a huge lack of communication between Doctors, Reception person, ICU dept and the staff treats the attendants very badly. Treatment ecosystem is massively bad. My father was on ventilator for almost 8 days and I must say all of them in hospital (From Senior doctor to junior to staff members) have seriously played with patient. On daily basis they used to say “the patient is recovering” and after 4-5 hours they says “patient situation is very critical*. And you won’t believe after 8 days on ventilator they were again saying we need 2 more days to keep him on ventilator. Once a day when I visited the ICU to see my father, there is no blanket on him, He was literally with out cloths on legs and my father is saying to me ki “THAND LAG RAHI HAI BAHUT” then I asked the person to give a blanket. We have lost our person and these people are not running hospitals, they are running their business where money is their first priority. Please visit this hospital at your own risk

Useless. You will keep waiting for your turn and die in that hospital. The doctor isn't there to hear you out. The management sucks unhygienic place The most awful experience ever in a hospital. TPA approval will take days Never ending parking issues. Never ever go to this place of you want quick admission and attention from the doctor. If you care for your loved ones health stay away. The most arrogant doctor ever.

Doctors, Nursing staffs and all housekeeping staffs were very good and polite, they all know their duty very well. Management has to give them a appreciation on their good work. I have a issue related with your HR manager, I think her name is Parul, she was very rude with staffs and housekeeping. I visited your hospital to meet with my patient, i saw a lady, she is shouting. I asked with staff she said, she is my HR manager. She does not know, how to talk with staff. Management should train the HR manager first, then you can expect with another staff. I am also the HR Manager in some hospital. I want to convey this feedback to Top management so that i am putting here. Please search a good HR manager or train her. She is like a sas bahu drama. HR manager should be polite, employee friendly and curtsy.

Junior dr. And some male staffs are worst they don't care of old people they treat them very bad they don't know how to inject injection and give medicines ....sorry to say but all doctors of medihelp is really very gud❤

Yesterday I have visited @medihelp hospital(Sarvodaya Nagar,Kanpur) for the treatment of my mother. Doctor advised me to admit her for one day.i have a worst experience with that hospital,all staff were very rude they treat all patients and attendent like a servent..there is a quote written on the wall "स्टाफ से दुर्व्यवहार मत करे इससे आपके इलाज में अंतर पड़ेगा" but the patients who admitted there have already faced health related problems are treated in this way. is it acceptable? Should the patients don't deserve nice treatment? Specially nurse SNEHA very pathetic behaviour and treat me and my mother in a bad way. I will not recommend to go there

This place is the worst for patients. The doctor doesn't show up for appointments. The time given for appointments is never correct. The doctor is busy with his procedures in normal visiting hours. Sometimes even between patients he leaves for his procedures. Charging 1000 rs per appointment and not even trying to cater to to the patients. Been here for more than an hour and a half and still the doctor hasn't bothered to treat the OPD patients and even the staff is clueless to where the doctor is or when he'll be able to see the patients. Would definitely not recommend to anyone.
