My patients is not taking care properly in this robber's hospital. They only take too much money like a robber. But don't give proper treatment and medicine. Even they don't give proper meals to the patient. My patient was regularly saying that transfer him to another hospital because the hospital staff will kill him. When I arrange to shift him to another hospital they didn't give any documents and reports of the treatment. And behave rudely. I think hospital should close 🔐. And all staff should dance on road. Because there are lots of way to earn money. I recommend that if u love ur love ones don't get any treatment from this.

The hospital is not well managed and extremely overpriced for the services it offers. The focus is primarily on making as much profit as possible by minimizing basic facilities and charging unreasonably daily room rent. Nursing staff and cleaning staff is very cooperative but most of the efficient people are leaving the hospital. There is no provision for hot water in Tower 2, no chairs for patient to sit, no ventilation in the rooms, no purified water, even asking for basic stuff like mosquito repellents needs multiple arguments with the staff. The food provided to the patient doesn’t complies with the dietitian, rather the dietician recommends to get from for patient from home. The attendant has to run around the entire day to procure medicine; there is no means by which the nursing staff staff can order the medicines themselves. Visiting doctors are in a rush even after charging exorbitantly. This hospital is more of a fancy looking building with fundamental unsolved problems and no intent to solve them.

Quite poor services. Their infrastructure is good but not enough facilities. They did not even provide towels, tissues or sanitizers which are basic hygiene items in a private room. No soap, poor seats/beds for attendants mostly torn out. Twin sharing room has barely any space to stand. They kept us in general ward in spit of being eligible for PSU private rooms and asked to stay there until some madam arrives in morning to do that. If you have insurance definitely avoid this place. Don't go by the looks of the building. Given 2 stars only for average cleanliness, beds quality and lifts availability.

The service accounts department of fortune hospital is very bad, they are not able to provide the correct information of any payment or refund, even they are not able to initiate the refund at time. Please change the account staff or train then enough so that they can provide good service to any customer or patient.

Worst in services regarding bills and hospitality of the patient, behaviour of staff and TPA staffs (including incharge) are not adequate ....I will never suggest this hospital, unsatisfied service. Highly unprofessional staff. The night duty staff sleeps without any proactive responsibility.

My brother Suneet got total hip replacement surgery in fortune hospital.we are very thankful to the dr DESHRAJ GURJAR SIR ,DR MANAV LUTHRA sir both of them are genius in their department ,they helped us every which way they can. Hospital administration ,staff is good and helpful .

I went there for my father's kidney stone, Dr Manish Verma is so good, humble and professional. He checked and treated the father. Earlier we had gone to some other doc and hospital for the same that doc had mis-operated. But Manish sir handled the situation very smartly. Staff was too good and services were very ok They don’t have intention to rob the patient they try to do it in minimum charges

This hospital does not hold hygienic conditions layerine and bathrooms are not properly cleaned. There is no bed for patient resting if any outdoor patient needs rest. The hospital does not provide cool drinking water . There are no sofa for patient and attendant.

Staff behaviour is good, timely attending of the patients by the nurses. Food quality is good for the patients. Private rooms are very nice and timely cleaned. Doctors timing are very poor, even staffs are unaware of their whereabout. Patients are kept in dark about their release time from hospital.

I didn't face any problem when I admitted and operate by Dr Manish Verma for inguinal hernia, such a very polite Dr and full supportive staff, rooms are so clean and comfortable, and also general ward is very good 👍😊

Staff is very co-operative. I lost 50k in hospital premises but staff helped me to trace my money back and find culprit. Facilities are very good. Premises remains clean and secure with cameras installed. 24*7 Dr. available with young and energetic staff to help you. A bit expensive but you can cut your costs by clearly talking early for hassle free treatment. My aunt's delivery was done here . Gynecologist is experienced.

So so so poor facility , untrained staff , discharge procedure is very slow and no one taking responsibility for any thing,my jiju admitted there and as the doctor said for discharge today around 2pm .Panel discharge maximum to maximum take 6hr but because of this untrained staff discharge nhi hua and they shifted to next day,they only making money nothing else ,not recommended this hospital to any one

Not recommended, very poor staff including doctor as well, all staff will get sleep at night , patient suffer a lot . Escalation and complain even not worked there. Doctor and staff are not available to attend the emergency phone call as well.

Dr Manish ji I was admitted in your hospital for recovery from mold pneumonia and was recovered from it the team of doctors serving in your hospital is excellent staff of your ICU is also very expert but staff working in Ward's and private room's are mostly trainees so it's my suggestion that please allot at least one expert daily From ICU to help them. I am a diabetic patient I was given only yellw kichati throughout my stay in in hospital so it's lack of dietitian pl look after into this matter
