The bus service too bad. They are demanding luggage charge extra. They are loading lots of goods in the bus without the permission. That's why passengers suffers a lot. There is no option to complain.

I book ac bus of samay shatabdi travels and payed 1250 for ac bus. In this bus they take 20 rupees for per bag luggage, if we pay already 1200 for tickets then why they take per bag 20 rupees. Second staff behaviour of bus is very rude. We asked bus conductor to put all bags in luggage section he did not put our all bags because we not agree to pay of all bags. Our first seat is very small, there is no space for bag no space for shoes. Also ac slider was also broken. Whole journey is wrist. Due to luggage we did not get space for sleeping. This is our 1200 rupees journey.

I want to give their buses negative values but this is not possible so zero is enough. Because of their staff behaviour, way of talking, fraud facilities shown . I have faced this .... Their bus no. UP 78 DN 0063 This bus is a garbage because neither its charging switches are working nor staff is good . Even samay shatabadi kanpur main office whose complaint helpline is shown they pick the call but after listening to complaint they cut the call immediately . These people are making fool of pessengers . These are fraud . Samay shatabadi Ac sleeper buses are not for the payment shown for them that is 1000 rs . They are just like 400-500 rs because of its facilities . Thank you

Behaviour of the staff is not good. They charge 20rs extra per luggage bag for storage and be like u can't do anything. There they are taking people from different stoppages are making them charge less n providing seating on floor. They are not just doing this but also using passenger transport service as goods transport and making passengers halt at different points like before agra n in kanpur. So question is raised as to what kind of service are they involved? To make more money on a trip they lead to exceeding the duration of travel for the passengers causing havoc and imbalance in time management. Choose wisely before choosing them.

One of the best tour& travels agencies in Kanpur. But, its waiting lounge is not up to the mark. There was no proper sitting facility available and no AC in the lounge. However, overall experience is good.

Worst bus service. I booked AC SLEEPER BUS for Unnao from kota but bus is stopped at Kanpur. Standing here only( standing at Kanpur since 6:15) .there is no information when will bus will depart. Time of reach at Unnao was 7:00 am but currently time is 7:45, but there is no information about anything I will never book this bus service

Bus was not at all cleaned.. Female washroom was filthy! Nothing was sanitized, cabins, blankets looked very unhygienic. Bus crew made random people sit in the bus. This should not be allowed as it’s not safe for passengers. Main pain-point of journey was washroom. It was stinking really bad and was dirty. Bus didn’t stop any where so one can take a washroom break. Not at all good experience to share !!

Very poor service , always need to change buses in between routes , the blankets they give in there buses are totally dirty , no covid related things are followed , and to keep bags and luggage they also charge money or else they simply say keep it with you where you sleep , and the buses never reaches the destination at time always dekayed by 2hrs or more totally unsatisfied with the service won't recommend anyone to board any of there buses .

Bus was good.. i have booked non-ac sitting seat but unfortunately they cancelled for some reason and promote to AC sleeper. Thanks 🙏 But the toilet was locked.. and written over there 'only for ladies' . I didn't understand that..

The customer service is too low staff is too rude and unpolite if you ask for anything they don't even answer or rather ignore. Utinlunless you start shouting then may be they will hear you and one more thing it's really difficult to find bus at the terminal as there are 3 4 bus ar standing and which one will go where their is no sign so it's makes difficult to find your bus as there staff also doesn't tell correctly. Next time I'll choose another bus services where they actually value their customer

I was charge rs 100 extra for luggage and 20 rs for luggage handling.They even asked me for 200 as bribe in the begining for transporting comercial items when I proved them it was not comercial they asked 100 then too and no covid care is been taken I dont advice anyone to use their services. And the way they talk is simply unprofessional once you book a ticket they dont even refund the money.

Bus Service are good..But I am unhappy with Kanpur Samaya Shatabdi Staff. They are not cooperative with customer. They are not customer focus.

Very impressive service. They may leave the location 15-30 mins behind schedule, but on my two recent overnight trips with them they dropped at the destination ahead of schedule. Our trip was on AC Sleeper coach from Kanpur to Haridwar and back and my group of 4 thoroughly enjoyed their nights sleep. The interiors were clean and inviting. The lights inside the cubicles didn't work, there are no attached washrooms as mentioned in their services. But, they do stop outside their designated stop areas for nature's call if required. Clean blankets were provided. The power sockets were working fine. A 1 liter mineral water bottle is provided to each pax. On the return leg we received 750ml water bottles which probably meant the staff on that bus were making their own cut. The air conditioning was very nice. Overall I highly recommend Samay Shatabdi Travels for anyone looking for a comfortable journey.

Fair price of non ac bus sleeper is too high and more people then the capacity and no one close the door as safety purpose and charging point also not working and rude behavior. price of non ac sleeper was 1370 rs. And they take extra passanger for non sitting area very disturbing atmosphere.

Its ok for travel, it doesn’t usually get much late. They stop for food in between a journey for 20-30 min, but those dhaba is not good and doesn’t have good facilities for toilet also. If you are willing to book their bus which is having toilet alos, then i would suggest not to rely on it as its not clean at all.

Very very dirty non ac buses, some third quality tent house mattresses would be cleaner then the bus seat mattress, no bedding available.. They are charging hefty amount as much as 1600rs for non ac bus with 3rd quality service. On top of that , they charge 20rs extra per baggage.

Didn't know the shatabdi waiting room facilities. Got direct into the Bus. Bus was sleeper Sleeper seats are spacious and comfortable. But while travelling it feels you are on adventure ride

Very bad experience. Very rude and arrogant staff. They have kept a bin to spit pan masala in every sleeper seat and they are not ready to remove it. I simply wasn't comfortable with it and asked the staff to remove it and the staff as well as the guy at backend started arguing and fighting with me. They don't even know how to talk to a woman. I'm never using this ghatiya travel service again.

Very poor condition of the buses that are used from jaipur to kanpur route. Dirty sleepers, no window glass locks. From Jaipur to Bala ji , the driver stops bus at every crossing , in search of passengers just like a tempo driver.

Owner is good. Workers are hungry for money. Bus is good but you might get frustrated as I travelled twice and both times they said that I'll get my allotted bus at some other place due to some technicao issues. Also the same thing happened with my friends so just beware and have a backup plan. You'll be charged for the luggage don't know why🤐 Also the amount of money can be from ₹२० to ₹150, maybe more. Also book the ticket on the same day so that you can save some money like I, myself, saved approx ₹300- ₹ 500

Pathetic service provided by them, One has to search here and there for even boarding point. No care taken towards passengers while journey and if you are thinking of online ticket booking then you have to collect your offline ticket too and feel the pain of queue. They leave the passengers at that point where no proper convenience is there. You'll regret to travel with them.

Bus service is not good as they switch off lights according to their own time or convenience. They don't provide water in the washroom. The washroom is so dirty that you will think twice before using it. Loo facilities not available only urinal is there with no flush or basin water. Only good thing is their drivers who made the journey smooth with least jerks.

System of buses neeeds improvement. They charge luggage charge for your even one suitcase. If someone is traveling , he or she will surely have some luggage and being a travel agency for long distance they should give this facility to passengers.

Nice cozy comfortable seats with blanket, fully chilled cabins, charging socket, touch up mirror, curtains and reading lights provided ( however, i dont think all of their buses have reading lamps installed) but still all the required points checked for a comfortable hassle free journey.

They changed my seat from second last to last one. Half curtain was missing. People were sleeping on bus gallery. No sinage for seat number. Noisy irritating sound bouncy bus. You can't sleep, doesn't matter if you have sleeper seat.

Good options to avail sitting/sleeper, AC, Non AC bus option for the places which do not have much connectivity by train or odd time train, this is the very good option to choose from. Their buses are clean and drivers are quite trained. You won't feel too many jerks or radh driving. Most of the time they are on the right time

Usually on time but sometimes they allow some unbooked passengers to earn extra income who talk laudly during night hours causing disturbance in sleep.

I've little bit disappointed with the staff members... but SS terminal is very good place. It's neat and clean and the bus is also in good condition.

Suspension of non ac buses is very stiff. Last seats ,I would not recommend to book. AC buses suspension quality is good. Any seat can be book without hesitation. Safer for girls and ladies both in comparison to other transporters.

I basically send material from Samay Shatabdi. I use it mostly for cargo purpose. The delivery and rates are too good. Way much cheaper than Transports. The delivery time is also very fast. I recommend it to everyone for Cargo booking. Regarding buses. I have travelled once in non- ac. It was not a good experience. But for AC buses, its the best in town.

Took a bus from Lucknow to Bhopal. • Things that could have been better are: the blanket & linen looked unwashed. No water provided. •Things that I found good: punctuality, driver efficiency and cooperation. I was travelling with senior citizens and they ensured that the journey was comfortable for them. Aqeduate washroom breaks were provided, and even then the driver drove really efficiently and made us reach on time.

Like I can't say it's nice coz it's not a place to visit, but yes for the staff members they are really helping and supportive.

Need to improve bus services.. Need to clean the passanger space and bedding and also their blanket and pillow. Lights needs to fix. Just charging high inspite of providing services.

Apart from bad pillow and not working personal lights, everything was upto the mark. Though my bus was scheduled to arrive at 7:01 pm but it arrived at 8.19 pm because of bad weeather and traffic jam, it made me reach my destination just by half and hour late. Buses are in awesome conditon with little or no bumps felt while travelling. Overall experience is decent. :)

A good travel company but facilities are not growing in accordance with their bus fleet. They are emphasizing more on carrying goods rather than to passengers. Drivers and attendants Staff are very unprofessional they allow unwarranted passengers on the way to earn money and create discomfort for genuine travellers. The owner should take care of these things seriously and have to decide that it is passengers carrying company or a goods transporter company. Think of customer's delight guys to earn their loyalty.

There are many things to share about this place. Multiple safety concerns spotted, the place was not cleaned and it was not hygienic. Nobody was wearing a mask, even their staff. While boarding the bus, they don't even check if you are wearing a mask or not. There were many sick people around, but nobody asked them to wear a mask. If you are traveling with older people, then please take care of them more than anything else. It has been a similar experience throughout multiple locations in Kanpur. Nobody is following safety measures in nobody wearing mask whatsoever. People should know that not everybody on this planet is vaccinated, we should take safety measures not only for us but to help others also.

I select samay satabdi for round trip bus service but for both they provide cheap kind of service his drivers and conductor are stop there bus any where in route and put the unknown passengers in bus not for vacant seat it's only for fersh. In second trip bus time is 9.40pm bus came at 11.10PM after that they didn't provide information of late though any sms Or call i will wait for bus 2 hours then now 11.21Pm bus is still not start and there is not budyy who provide a genuine info that at which time bus will departure. I suggest never choose SATABDI TRAVALES AND SAMAY SATABDI TRAVELS Choose any other travel againcy because they don't have any value for customer.
