I was a regular customer of this center for past 8 years. Staff is nice,they solve your query with patience. Services are quite nice ,safe and clean place. Upper area is for weight loss section. Entrance arena serve beauty services. They send paperless bill. Its a good edition. And many times the price on their site isn't the price the offer in center. I already mentioned it before. VLCC should take action on this. Only thing can make you feel cheated or somewhat like this is- you don't know or study about your need before visiting here. Its an essential quality of business that they have to make you buy everything. Its upon you , you want it or not. So don't feel cheated.

The worst beauty salon in kanpur. Initially they keep on calling untill you buy their packages like laser or any other service. They failed to schedule my appointment as soon as they receive the full payment They make excuses like machines are not available. They are just interested in counting money and not at all concerned about providing the qaulity service. Vlcc is a bunch of greedy staff.

The worst beauty service one can think of. I have been availing laser services, and almost 20 sittings have been done, either technique is outdated or they do not appoint professional staff. They have ruined my face. On top of it most of the time they are not available with the machine, ( a single machine keeps moving from one city to another). It's been about a month reopened after lockdown, the staff never cared to ask for availing the service, instead I somehow managed to reach to them through slimming section, the beauty team gave me an excuse saying their machine is under repair. Almost 6-7 staff have tried their hands on my face. The company is unable to secure the professional staffs with themselves. They only urge and insist for taking packages bt after that they hardly bother. The worst services in Kanpur these days.

This was the first time I took service from vlcc. All the employees were so good, polite and professional. Madhuri shree, komal, sunny and mini did the service and they gave their best. Tq very much. Coffee given by karthick was too refreshing. Tq karthick.

I went there last week for head to toe service offer. I got the call for slot booking .Regular honey waxing was included but it doesn't suit me so I urged to substitute it . He said u will get free consultation for waxing issue. When I went , I didn't get any consultation. I told my problem, staff suggested me detan in substitution. So I had to choose Rica leg wax separately. Before waxing I told the staff to do it carefully but she didn't pay attention in hurry . As a result I got skin burn and hair left on skin also . I suffered with rashes, itching and red skin till today.

Had a worst experience at vlcc, Before my engagement I took several services at this salon but they left no stone unturned for making it a nightmare. Sweeti and deepa were the one providing me with services after constantly warning them multiple times about my sensitive skin they insisted to get waxing done on the face because of which I got burns and patches all over. Also, the facial that they recommended wasn’t good enough and got me rashes on my skin. The wax they used also led to redness and burns on my back. They just wanted to rush through the service because it was their day off and one of them had to come for few hours to provide me the service. They were only focused on asking a good google review rather than providing a good customer service. Raza provided me with a pedicure and head wash which was the only good experience throughout.
