<PUMA Employee itself don’t know how to differentiate Genuine PUMA product> ( Awful experience at PUMA store, Kanpur) An absolute piteous customer service experience at Puma Store, Z Square, Kanpur. I approached store in order to have just a suggestion from an employee at Puma Store, as i bought a pair of shoe( Ferrari drift cat 5 ultra) of red color from Puma online store recently. I found it small in size, which i went to puma store to enquire what can i do, if there would have been an possibility to exchange or so. I found it quite unpleasant and rude behaviour of staff assisting me on my query where one of staff added looking onto my shoe that “its a copy “😳😳 How dare you guys on making such a comment onto your customer’s face, i means how embarrassing was that for me. I too never get a straight forward answer for my question, But i found that these guys certainly requires training sessions on customer service and etiquettes.

After sale service is very poor, i m struggling from far 20 days just to exchange the shoe, no one is there to listen and even puma customer care is not responding. kanpur store worst in all aspect.

Nice Environment! But lacking in varieties also, the prices are too high as compared to the same company in every online store. So, if you know your clothes exact size, go for online.

You'll find few articles of shoes and track pants but that too isn't under offers. If you're a person who's afraid of online shopping then you can visit this store to find some good stuff. Won't suggest if you can shop online ( puma end of season flat 40-60% on most products)
