Do not go as couple. They embarrassed you and your partner. And receptionist charge for extra money if you you booked from oyo. Worst experience. They are not even professional how to handle the customers. Disgusting response from oyo. Even they didn't gave us room after paying for it. They refunded all money and didn't gave any solution to us. I will suggest you all not go with the name they threatened their customers misbehave and embarrassed you of you are couple. I doubt about their privacy.

Very poor services, staffs are rude, uncultured and impolite. Besides this owner is also uncivilized, his tone and temperament is not suitable to run any business. Totally not satisfied with oyo' s so call town house facilities.if u are going for any official work it will be very challenging task to maintain a cool temperament there.

Pathetic. Without prior intimation, they cancelled our booked rooms. For which, advance payment was also done. No lift present, so you have to go 2 floor upstairs, Beware if you are coming with high luggage for staying. As per locals, it's a famous place for couples and it was pretty evident in front of us. Also rude behaviour from receptionist.

They are cheater and mannerless ,all staff and hotel manager ,owner are very bad . I have booked rooms their before 45 days and at mean time they just canceled my all booked room just before one day and their staff behavior is very bad. Very unprofessional and neech people.

Consider yourself coming to a different city for some work and you have booked a room through Oyo and as you reach the place they simply say - "hm nhi lete Oyo se booking!!" The hotel didn't had any OYO banners! As much as it is the fault of the hotel staff and owner, Oyo people should also be blamed for such careless and pathetic service. The thing is I was straight away denied to stay at the hotel even after booking the room 2 days prior to my visit. The person who sits at reception is so rude and ill-mannered he simply said - hm nhi de skte room aap oyo mei baat kr liye!! I am really not considering booking Oyo hotel in Kanpur ever again they have the worst services there!!! And let me tell you, it's not the only case with me, another person who was standing their told me this is the same behavior with every other oyo booking in the city. A person who was staying in a room close to the reception told us that they have charged him extra money to let him stay as there are no other options. I don't know how to say this but it was really one of the worst experience of my life.

The hotel staff is very rude and unprofessional. Even after confirm booking they denied to give the room and asked to pay extra 1000 rs. The room were not sanitized or cleaned after check-out. Tv was not working and no toiletries were provided during the stay.

Horrible experience with OYO booking. I have booked recently "OYO Townhouse 81740 Hotel Maya Crystal" Kanpur. Once reached hotel, They refused to give me any room and saying We can not accept OYO price, OYO price is too low from our standard. I argued them then Why you are associated with OYO then If you don't accept OYO booking and OYO has taken booking amount from Me already so How OYO is going to return my Booking amount . Hotel Staff said, we don't have any idea, you talk to OYO people. There is no option to call OYO people instant on the spot once I need help . I left the message for this incident and request to return my Booked money since I didn't get any hotel room. But No response from OYO . Pathetic OYO service. This is a Loot actually.

Third class services provided by staff..full of arrogance and they keep on making sarcastic comments ..no proper facility provided..we kept on calling the staff but they did not come..they will also try to charge you extra if you have booked online...3 people from the staff are very bad in their behavior and owner is also not that cooperative with the customers. highly unsatisfied and gonna take further actions in few months.

They dont accept oyo booking and i dont understand why oyo is not looking on this matter. As its very important to look on this . Hotel always deny check inn. I love my city so much but i dont understant why people lack proffesionalism here. Hotel authority should keep a check on staff.

Very Bad Staff Behaviour.. Kind of Fraud.. They didnot provide me accommodation even after my paid booking through Oyo. They Demanded more amount apart from the online booking cost.. At last denied for check in by saying that all the rooms are booked in advance.. Poor and Cheap Owner... Even Have no support to the Government employees ...

I stay in hotel 4 times in last 4 Mths . Feel very rude behaviour . Even they not able to provide tea till 10 AM. They not able to provide Hotel Bills for stay from 1st stay . After so many follow up they provide bills having unknown hotel name .

We requested for early check in after booking the room from Makemytrip with complete payment done but it was denied as none of the rooms were available. Arrived at 12 noon in sweltering heat of Kanpur where the guard is not even allowing us to enter the hotel premises saying if it is an online booking then return back, You won’t get the room! After insisting to meet the receptionist he eventually allowed, just to hear the same thing being told that all rooms are booked for a marriage function and we cannot provide you a room. They didn’t even apologise and asked us to leave! Be aware of this fraudulent behaviour! Muskuraiye aap Gangster Pradesh me hai!

Very bad experience. Booked through OYO. Drove all the way from Delhi & on reaching hotel, manager denied to offer room on OYO booking. Got to contact OYO, however they helped me to get rooms on the same booking amount on Hotel Blue Line.. ZERO STAR ON DEALING

There were big and clean rooms, helping staff with awesome 24 hr services and sanitisation as well.

This property is besides a Haspital in Kidwai Nagar, property is excellent, the owners need to enhance more facilities to get more revenue, needs better housekeeping intiative, Lifts to be provided, rooms are good but needs some make over (finishing touch).

It was a great experience. They have luxurious rooms .neat and clean Bathrooms and pleasant atmosphere 💚 I got a free cup of Coffee .The taste of coffee was average if i am talking about coffee how can i forget to say thanxx to staff they have such a cooperative staff .The best thing i like here is the behaviour of"team Maya Crystal" ♥️

1. hotel room and hotel building not matched with online photo, and it is very difficult to track location from google app. 2. hotel staff not receiving phone for locating the hotel. Finally i canceled my number of bookings.

I have stayed in this hotel 5 to 6 times, I liked the arrangement here and I was very impressed with the cleanliness here. The reception staff here is as I remember, his name is Rishi, who deserves a best post, his behavior is very efficient

I found the room very clean and hygenic. Food is also really delicious, if you visit kanpur... U can check this hotel Maya crystal for sure. And a thing it is nearby kanpur railway station.

Only the room is good and behaviour of receptionist special Raghav alias Raghu is so unprofessional and rude. Always argue for oyo bookings and money.

I stayed there more than 5 times overall experience was very good. Hotel is couple friendly near by naubasta very good and cheap best. Kid friendly, family friendly it's located just beside of madhulok hospital convince options options available too. With in 200 meters all needed item shops are available. Finall conclusion is good to go value for money.

Its a Prime property, location is Convienient to reach..Rooms are OK, but No Room Service offered here, No kitchen, No Laundry available, Not suitable for family and kids..AC and TVs were not working properly, when I stayed here...Overall this is not a good place to stay with Family and kids, due to the lack amenities required to run a Hotel..

I visited once at this place that was so awesome, service was too good , staff was polite and helpful it's totally good for couple and family aswell

One of the perfect place to stay in the city. The hotel is located in main road which is easily accessible. The room interiors and stay comfort are best matched with the price. The hotel got premium furniture and lighting, smart tv with screen cast, high speed wifi and along with decent washroom. The hotel staff Mr. Ashish was super cooperative and a friendly guy to meet. Also, this place is secure and best stay for couples.

Nice hotel is very good and experience was superb but hotel doesn't have any kitchen so if you to order food from outside. I faced one issue here, they give my room to someone else for the day when i was out of hotel for some work for few hours.
