First of all never book this hotel on OYO, agoda etc, it’s simple people on reception need money and OYO takes a commission. So if you need to book go down there and get a room at good bargain of 700-900 Rs. Another thing you need to know is they give there rooms to couples on hourly basis so if they delay your checkin saying some “technical issue and blame OYO “ beware. My room was unclean and untidy, with contraceptives packets lying here and there. If your are in this region make sure you look for videep house on location it’s x100 times better tha this hotel Be safe 1.dirty bed sheet 2. Packets of contraceptives 3. Room mirror😂 And many more things

I was in kanpur with my family for my college convocation. First the hotel said that we have to pay again as they don’t accept the payment that I’ve done to Oyo directly. Then the rooms had pests inside, unclean bed with used bedsheets. They didn’t allow food from zomato or swiggy. The receptionist was rude and we stayed there for 2 days and no house cleaning was done even after asking to do. Overall my worst hotel experience.

The staff was rude and unhelpful. The behaviour of the person who was attending the desk was like a unruly street thug. This hotel gives room to couples on hourly basis and will not listen to you saying that there is oyo problem. Or no rooms are available. Also he took my phone saying to show him the booking and gave his hotel 5 star rating and clicked check out. So all the rating you see are just fake.

The hotel charged extra for the stay as they claimed OYO is not increasing the tariff. The rooms were dirty, the bedsheets had stains, the room service was non existent, there was no running water when we checked in ( it came after couple of hours). The towels and soap were provided after numerous follow up. The experience was disastrous

It was a bad experience. when we were outside they entered in our room and when we aked that someone entered in our room they denied and we asked to show us CCTV camera they said we can't and it was lack of privacy because without permission they entered in room when we were outside went for dinner an all. in the mean time they entered and we dont know what they did because when we ask for CCTV footage they denied. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone. privacy break. @oyo

My experience is not good with this hotel they have charged extra amount saying Oyo has booked at less price and they will transfer money after 1 month They didn't provide any accessories like towels, soaps etc And room conditions is not good and it was smelling. They don't provide any room service even they don't provide water in room saying if you require water purchase from restaurant or bring your self RO water from ground floor Our experience was bad and we have decided that now on wards we will not book any hotel room through OYO👎👎

This hotel was fraud .. I have done dooking online and paid... When reached at hotel staff saying that I didn't receive payment and was very rude . Thanx to Oyo at random for changing my booking.

Worst hotel I have ever visited. The receptionists don't have manners to talk to the guests. They will behave like they have done a favor to give you a room. Talking about the rooms and hotel. There is no cleaning staff. The corridors are dirty, the rooms are untidy. The garbage and dirty sheets are lying in the corridors. The washrooms are worse than the public toilets. The room service and the menu is the worst part. They will tell less amount when your order something, be it food or water and during checkout they will ask to pay more. They don't provide you with the wi-fi password as well as the TV will not work. If the TV is working then they will say that the Tata sky subscription is over. If you ask to subscribe then they will say the dish antenna is not getting signal. They always have a excuse for the mistake. But they will never resolve the issue. Not recommended for couples as the employees behaviour is not good for girls. They pass bad comments in front of you. I have seen many couples who are feeling uncomfortable there. Not recommended for family as well. as the hygiene and the behaviour is very bad. If you want to stay alone then you may but I will not recommend. There are a lot of good and cheaper options available. This hotel does not deserve a single star. Worst experience ever. The OYO Collection Os are operated under OYO but the staff here and the manager don't even listen to the OYO representatives. They don't give you check IN of you paid online on OYO and they don't even accept to talk to OYO customer service. OYO should have removed them from their application but it's even worst that the OYO representative always cover the issues of the hotel.

Worst hotel to stay. Untidy rooms and no proper service. Worst staff ever. No precautions for covid. Dirty linens and washroom. Even roadside lodges are better. Whoever is reading this, please book any other property in the area. Literally one of the worst hotel.

Worst experience ever. Took booking from OYO. We drove from Lucknow to Kanpur. When we reached, they told room is not available. They didn't even checked I'd. But when asked by OYO they told our I'd is not matching that's why they are not providing room. Absolutely disgusting service. Never experienced such harassment in life.

Very suspicious activities are going on in this hotel , No clean rooms, hotel staff and mangers behaviour are very rude and unprofessional,they are not provide hotels bills, white stains on evrybedsheets, each and every towles are dirty and full of white stains . Worst experience to book this hotel...I was having an exam in kanpur so I reached kanpur at 10 pm with my mom at the hotel. I Booked a hotel with the Oyo app and paid. But when we reached the hotel. They said they are not accepting any Oyo booking and not having any vacant rooms in the hotel. After so much of request still not giving and saying they charge 1500 for the room and we paid directly to the Oyo.....when we said we are calling the police. Bcz at night they are doing like this. Then given one room. And in that room there was no towel , soap , shampoo and the room was also very dirty......I don't recommend booking this hotel.

Prices: Somehow they have preferences to not accept booking from OYO, so that they can overcharge guests. Services: Water supply issue in bathrooms. Cistern not working in bathroom. Door Lock had issues. Had to switch few rooms, some were poorly ventilated. Overall: Unpleasant stay

The staff was very rude and when he heard that i paid online then he flipped and started misbehaving. Those who gave 5 star must be their friends or they are not aware of what good quality hospitality is all about because i cant see a single point on which even one rating can be given. I wish 0 rating was an option. I really hated the place and it was worst experience of all time. I will definitely want to visit this place so that i can break the bone of that receptionist ( his leg was already broken). I know i wrote too far because i am really frustrated with the experience. Do not even dare to go there. 0/5 rating.

The worst experience I ever had was after staying at your hotel. Hygiene Condition of room and wash room was very bad Bading bedsheet, pillow cover and blanket was not cleaned. Geyser was not in working so I was bath with cold water in winter season its cause to I am suffering from Cold. All above mention point. I was informed your staff they are not interested to work for corrective action.

Worst hotel I have ever seen. No maintenance. Rooms are full of mosquitos. Room was not at all clean until we forced them to clean. They are serving tea in broken cups and that too cold tea. This is an example of how a hotel shouldn't be in this planet.

This hotel is highly over-priced - Rs 2850/- for one room for 1 night for 3 guests There is no sitting area in Reception, no Drinking water in room, no toiletories. TV not working. Bed sheet was torn. Room not at all cleaned before check-in. Lot of dust and pins on the floor. Room service is pathetic Above all, lots and lots of mosquitoes. Lots of sounds and disturbances throught the night. Very bad experience. Not worth above Rs 750/- per night. Best avoided

Didn't take booking from OYO app , the guy at reception said that they were still finalising their prices with oyo and hence were not taking any booking done on app, hence took the room directly from reception. The rooms were clean, bed was comfortable, and ac was working great. Decent place to crash for a night.

Room was very dirty.. Washroom also, mosquitoes were flying over mouth full night no All-out was provided in the room.Very bad experience, spent full night by awaking.

I did a booking for three ladies for six days. The guests arrived at 10 pm at night & hotel denied check in. If they didn't had rooms available then why they took booking in the first place. Terrible service by this hotel & OYO both. Looting & harassing customers. This property should be closed for customer harassment for sure.

Yesterday I visited the hotel. The condition of the room was not good. Even,There was no basic facilities provided in the room. TV won't work even after your complaint. Bed is not as comfortable.

It was very bad , Receptionist Anajali Kumar Maurya was rude and unpolite. He pushed us out of the hotel before our checkout time 11:00 am
