Very good hotel for marriage functions at Fazalganj, brand new property.

The hotel is nothing as the name suggests. We stayed in the hotel for a week to attend a wedding function happening in the same venue in Jan 2023. The hotel rooms were very untidy and poorly maintained. No soap or towels were the highlights. All the water from washroom was coming out in the room. There were hell lot of issues in the hotel room and the service was pathetic, the attitude of the staff was too bad. After multiple complaints and requests the room got changed but still the new one was just bad from worse, not much of an upgrade. The hotel is only meant for wedding and other functions and rooms are only good for 4-5 hours stay not beyond that. Better to go for other options to stay if staying with family, else you won't have a good time there.

The clear reason : COUPLE STAY Will definitely go with consumer forum, as there is no legal reason for not let us to stay. You guys listed yourself with MAKE MY TRIP. You are responsible for their actions. And policies are made for a reason. Thrown out of reception does not come in any kind of policy. The valid reason : you did not let us into the room. Threw us out like we were some kind of beggers. I hope your cameras work. Hotel legend and it's manager and one guy named Rahul malhotra is a total fraud. Do remember to not book this hotel from makemytrip.They will find a reason and throw you out of reception with their non refundable policy. Apparently they have a policy . No refunds. Understood. So I booked this hotel and they do not allow locals. First thing I do not get it. Why ? For what reason? I went to hotel , and they said you are local , will not give you room . I said okay then give me my money. So they were like you did not pay to us. You paid make my trip. Ask from them. Again fine. I asked to make my trip and they said , the manager is adamant to not to give refund although he got it from us. I paid around 4000, this was my hard earned money. My home was locked. I could not go anywhere . At one point i begged their manager Nitin singh to give  my money as I did not stay , you just threw me out from the reception. They kept repeating local I'ds are not allowed. What does it even mean. Say locals are not allowed. And if not allowed then give money so that I can go to some other hotel. Manager was adamant and was very rude to me. I just want to file some case in consumer forum. This is not right at all.

I recently attended a function at this hotel and felt awesome here. Rooms were spacious and well designed for one's comfortable stay. Flower decoration was beautiful at the banquet. Food was delicious. Staff was kind and courteous. I spent wonderful time here.

Have booked this hotel for sisters marriage. I totally not recommend this place for any kind of fuction . My Surya Tiwari who is the manager of this hotel he doesn’t know how to behave. First he made false commitment to my father and said 99 %you will get the more rooms at the time of marriage than two days back he said he can not give the rooms as its under construction. I request all the people not to beleive mr surya as he is good for nothing. We booked for 120 people and only 90 people came so we request Mr Surya( liar) to pack rest food as we dont want to waste but he denied that we can not pack as its not allowed in hotel. Plz dont book this hotel otherwise they will spoil your event. Mr surya is totally spoiler and dont know how to manage things. Only one person was very supportive who is Mr Anmol PS- Mr Anmol plz do something otherwise Mr Surya(liar) will keeo spoling things.

Door did not close from inside, unsafe for ladies. Lizard in my room. Poor quality breakfast buffet served in a makeshift hall. Seemed like an unfinished hotel.

Overall, I had a great experience with The Legend. Staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The room was wonderful, very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Food was also very tasty and services were really really very quick. I would book this hotel again without hesitation. Thanks to the owner of this hotel for excellent recruitment of the staff.

Food quality is really poor. Rooms were very smelly. Sewerage smell in whole hotel.. Very pathetic maintenance..

The rooms are new and plush with the latest fittings...the size of room also is large... i stayed in 211.. the rates were attractive... room service food was good. Breakfast was limited but hot and tasteful.. People are helpful and go overboard to please you... pleanty of parking. Nothing around the hotel... so it is good if you want to eat and sleep..

Near by area is slum so will be smelly and noisy otherwise this hotel is newly built and neatly maintained. Little overpriced. Accept card payments. Offers free buffet breakfast.

My review is based on the marriage we arranged in legend hotel. 1. Service is so pathetic that you have to ask at least 3-4 times to get water. 2. Quality of food is bad here. Rabri tasted like curd and cream.

Food is awesome. Vibe of hotel is lovely. Rate is little high.

I stayed in room no 206. It was my second time i stayed in this hotel. Both the time the stay was pleasent. I strongly recommend other to try this hotel for stay in kanpur.

Worst service. Manager has no etiquettes. He should be working somewhere in a dhaba at a lowest position the way he talks. Talking about policy like robots. Policies that holds no legal background. There is something wrong with this place. Services are terribly poor. These people judge you all the time. One of the worst hotel in kanpur. Worst.

Except the delay in food service other things were great like room ambiance and staff. Would definitely recommend.

I had a great experience in this hotel , i stay here every month for a week form last two years , staff are very helpful and care full, cleaning is to good . I recommend to all if you visit near kanpur or in kanpur must be stay here. Because property have enough space for parking and room also have good space with well maintain amenities .

I have hosted my younger brother's ring ceremony party in this hotel.The hall hotel room staff service all were perfect. The hotel manager Mr. Anmol Bedi was very helpful to us.

It was overall a good experience. The rooms are spacious and staff is very polite and helpful. It is the best option available in that area and is within budget. I liked the complimentary breakfast they provided and satisfied with the overall service.

I want to give zero stars but unfortunately it's not possible. it was my sister's wedding, I have booked rooms in this hotel for my relative's stay, i have booked it almost 1 and half month before stay date. they have taken advance payment from me. everything was ok and suddenly on the wedding day they told me your booking has been cancelled. I have urged so much from them to give me those room because it is so hard for me to arrange stay for my relative's on the wedding day of my sister. But they didn't hear me at all. I had to face so many difficulties on that day. Afterwards i got to know that they have given these rooms to some corporate people. these corporate people were giving more money then me and that's why they cancelled my one and half month prior booking and given to someone else. I highly recommend to you guys who are reading this post that do not believe on people of this hotel, u may find the rooms attractive but the people of this hotel is not reliable at all they can do anything for money. I am saying from my experience that their first priority is money. Please think wisely before booking that either you want attractive rooms or you want a safe and reliable stay.

Booked for wedding on 20 Nov 2021 Pros: Good food and new property. Cons: Inefficient service. Mismanaged check-in and check-outs as we're told to vacate the banquet before time. Towels and other basic amenities were provided after been asked for.

Great location, really pleasant, clean & spacious rooms, delicious food but the thing that makes this hotel such a good place to stay is the staff. Hospitality is really awesome !! Really a worthy and recommendable property !!

The legend is newly built and thus is very clean. There was no restaurant dining available when we visited. Though in-room dining was available. Room size is what I liked the most about the hotel. Spacious and comfortably placed furniture. Overall a good experience.

It's a great experience, property opend on that day I booked. 50mtr to Fazalganj chauraha. It looks like 5 star hotel. Big room interiors are very beautiful.. Room service was very nice 👍 Staff is also very cooperative ✌️

Brand New Hotel with premium interior, room are very clean and comfortable. Rates are acceptable. Great venue for marriage party at fazalganj kanpur. Value for money.
