To enter room you must become locksmith. Only if city is shivering already in cold then probably their ac can cool room. Linen is as old as hotel. And bathroom will inspire you to remain untidy in life. Such a hell in city of kanpur. I am totally surprised by the fake rating. Just pathetic is one word for hotel.

one of the worst banqute hall i ever visited waiters don't have manners they use to say while serving ye loge vo loge like they are friends of mine ... and parking is not there if you parked your car there your car will stuk ...i had waited 2 hours to pickup my car ... for my openion don't go there even dharamshalla is batter then them

Pathetic hotel. Don't waste your money on a stay there.

If you like to spoil your party and event than plan to organise in this hotel and banquet hall. Decoration, food, light and sound everything is pathetic. No manager is there to manage anything. You have to find electrician, waiters and any help by yourself only. Everyone will just say this is not my job find another person. You are helpless at your own party point. Chapati is like papad . Mike will not work when you like to speak. Electricity may cut off at anytime and no instant backup is there. All these are my personal experiences. So be careful .

WORST Banquet hall Entire staff including managers all full of attitude, as if you have taken a loan from them and they are recovering. No awareness of how to speak politely to the customers. Cleanliness - you should not expect from them Professionalism - Just forget it They think just give them money and forget it, they don't like listening to you or any of your service requests. Don't be surprised if you come across the attitude, they may ask you to take your money back if you want to ask or discuss something even before a day of you party.
